Check In
  • The condo is located in a quite suburban area of Honolulu, only a short bus ride away from Waikiki - with a bus stop just around the corner.
The room is small, but big enough for two people. It offers a television, internet access and even a small private fridge. It's a very good place to explore Honolulu.

  • Great place! Was only here for two nights, but everything I needed was available. Easy parking and easy to get to. Clean room with a nice TV, refrigerator, and some supplies. Enjoyed the stay, and would stay here again!

  • Whilst we didn't get to meet Wainani, we found to place to be perfect for our needs.

The bed was super comfortable, the room was little but that suited us as we spent most of our time out and about. It was a great location for us, not in the hustle and bustle of Waikiki but still close enough to get around. We used the bus to get into Waikiki and we did a lot of walking.

Wainani was a great host and kindly gave us a late check out.

I would highly recommend Wainani place

  • Lovely friendly hosts, away from the bustle of Waikiki, close to Hanauma Bay and Hawaii Kai and the Kuliouou Ridge Walk trail. The room is small but has everything you need.

  • Evan and Wainani are some of the nicest people you will meet in Hawaii, they made me feel right at home.Their place is in a great neighborhood, with plenty of street parking, and close to many of the things you will want to do.I would definitely stay there (website hidden) the bed is very comfortable

  • We spent 11 great days at Wainani's and Evan's place. Location of their house is excellent, very close to downtown Honolulu, appx. 15 min and also right on the exit way to the beaches on the east coast. It will take you appx. 20 min to get there from the Honolulu airport, depending on the traffic and their house can be very easily found. Nearby you can find some really nice trails (Kokohead, lighthouse and more challenging trail Olomana.) and also many lookouts.
Regarding the room, the size was just enough for us as we spent most of our time outside anyway. Also, you are provided with the following things you may possibly need: beach and gym towels, sunscreen lotion, you have your own refrigerator, TV, wifi, etc...You are also allowed to use a washing and drying machine and full use of kitchen.
But if there was one thing that really made our stay so pleasant, I have to point out that it is the hosts, Wainani and Evan. They were welcoming and the first moment we met them, we felt like we have known each other for years. They were thoughtful, recommended us places to see and they also made a great barbeque for us.
Oahu is a place that offers a lot to everyone and both, Wainani and Evan much contributed to our unforgetable stay.

  • It is a private room in paradise! It's also the best value in paradise. We enjoyed our week in Hawaii without blowing $200 a night in Waikiki and fighting the mobs and traffic. Want to shop like Rodeo Drive? Go to Waikiki.
This is like staying in your second cousin's spare room. It's good, basic, clean accommodations. Honolulu and Oahu are so small we really liked being just a bit separate.
The best ahi poke in Honolulu is at Foodland, the grocery store. The one closest has 10+ types at the seafood counter and you pick your favorite. We never would have found that out staying at a resort hotel.
The hosts are young and super friendly. They'll help if you want it or let you be. They'll encourage you to live Aloha.
We spent some of the money we saved on a convertible! Highly recommended.

  • The bed is super comfortable. Take the advice about the nearby hikes - even in the rain the panorama from the summit at Kuliouou is splendid. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and waikiki/Univ of Hawaii area is only like 20-30 minutes away driving. Wonderful!
