Private guest suite separated from the main house by a breezeway. Firm GhostBed (memory foam & latex) queen mattress, Serta queen sofa bed, & dining table. Mini fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, & Roku TV. Ensuite 3/4 bath. Suite is heated and cooled separate from the main house for individual control. Located in a quiet neighborhood, but only 4 min from restaurants, shopping, and the Augusta National Golf Club; 7 min from the AU Summerville campus; and 8 min from the Medical College of Georgia.

The space
We live in a mid-century ranch in a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic, behind the Augusta National Golf Club. The guest suite is located apart from the main house, on the other side of a breezeway behind the carport. Guests will access the suite with a code to a keypad.

Guest access
Guests will have a private suite to themselves, separate from the main house. However, in some circumstances we can make the washer and dryer in the main house available. If needed, we also have a Pack 'n Play that guests can use for young children.

Other things to note
We encourage guests of all ages, races, ethnicities, nationalities, religions, sexual orientations, genders, and abilities to stay in our home.

Neighborhood highlights

The neighborhood is very quiet, and there is no through street, so the only people driving in our neighborhood are residents. Because of this, you will often see golf carts, bikers, and people out for walks, so drive with caution please!
