This luxury apartment is located on the border of Sandyford/Stillorgan right across the road from the Stillorgan Luas stop.

The apartment is finished and furnished to a very high specification. The kitchen is fully equipped and finished to a very high standard.

The space

This modern apartment is located just outside Dublin city. It is bright, spacious and very comfortable.

There is a large comfortable living/dining area with a bright modern fully equipped kitchen.

There are two very comfortable bedrooms. The main bedroom is a double with it's own ensuite.

The second bedroom is a twin room.

There is also a main bathroom.

The accommodation is just 20 minutes to the city centre by either car or tram. A car is not essential as the tram is just across the road - one minute walk. Take the hassel free way to town using the tram.

Within a few minutes walk of the apartment there are two supermarkets, Dunnes Stores and Aldi. There is a Starbucks coffee shop and pizzeria all within walking distance. There are restaurants and bars also within walking distance including The Beacon Hotel.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the whole apartment during their stay. It is a spacious apartment.

Interaction with guests

I am available for any questions you might have during your stay. I leave guests to their own devices but am on hand when needed.

Other things to note

This apartment is right in the heart of Sandyford. It is ideally located for any corporate bookings required in this area. Also very suitable for leisure breaks.

This was my first experience using airbnb and Ian was very patient with me! The apartment was perfect for our needs. The area is very quiet at night (a plus for us), but Dublin is a quick ride away on LUAS so our son could get away and have fun on his own. Laura checked us into the apartment and was extremely helpful as well. Highly recommend this property! Claudia Elkin

It was a very nice place and the beds were super comfortable. It was clean and modern. It was a little bit far from the city center but there is a tram right across the street that took us right into the center of Dublin within 20 minutes. The one drawback is that it closes late at night so if you are planning on staying out then you will have to take a taxi back but we knew this ahead of time. Wonderful stay!

Apartment was as described, plenty space although slightly bland with few homely touches, but as a base for a short break a good choice. WiFi connection excellent. The proximity to Luaus tram is perfect with a 15 min journey to centre Dublin. All in all a great alternative to a hotel room.

We have two small kids so the apartment worked out perfect for us. The balcony was secure and we were able to close a door off to the living room so it was quiet for them to nap. The kitchen was also surprisingly well equipped for a rental so we were able to cook what we needed. There are two major grocery stores within walking distance and we could get the stroller to street level via the elevators and an outside wheelchair lift. The light rail is across the street and we were able to find a park with playground equipment by asking around with locals.

Easy going welcoming host! I enjoy meeting our guests and am happy to give guidance on where to go and visit. If I am not checking guests in myself I have deputies who are great (probably better at the process than I am in reality!)

The measure of any host is in the reviews received from guests so I urge any potential guests to check out the reviews to date which I hope will give a flavour as to how we operate. While not perfect I hope that you will get the general idea.

Started off with my own personal listings and then moved on and started working with others as a Property Manager for friends and colleagues.

Each property is treated equally and I aim to make sure that the properties are well maintained and presented. I continuously work on making improvements, where possible, to enhance each of the properties. I realise the importance guests attach to good accommodation standards and as a traveller myself I know what I like when I get to a rental property.
