This is a 22 foot Tipi with lots of amenities: bed, table, toaster oven, and a fire pit. It's peaceful and quiet. This is the place for nature lovers. 2 really sweet dogs live here and may likely accompany you on a hike.
Facilities are limited to a very clean and nice outhouse, a sink with bottled water. This is very a gorgeous location on private 8 land and adjacent to Pikes National Forest. There is a beautiful lake 5 miles away . We open April-October.
Check in 2pm, check out 11am

The space
There are views of Pikes Peak from the land and hiking all around. We are 30 minutes from the nearest good grocery stores in Woodland Park. Bring your camping stove and food. There is also a beautiful fire pit inside the tipi for evening fires but you need to bring your own firewood. NO OUTDOOR FIRES are permitted. I'll provide kindling for the firepit in the tipi but can't keep up with the wood . Bring sleeping bags as it can get cold. I will provide clean bedding but sleeping bags are important.
