The condominium is within Malinawon Resort. It is a well appointed corner unit with ultra deluxe queen-size bed and bedding. Located in a quiet neighborhood of Danao village, yet only a 5 minute motorbike taxi to Alona beach. Danao beach is just a short walk away. In the vicinity are restaurants, bar, travel agent, motorbike rental, souvenir shop and general stores. Practically everything you need within walking distance!

The space
The space is a 40 sq metre corner unit including a generous sized balcony situated on the upper floor. Balcony has table and seating with a pool view . Amenities include a 40 inch cable TV, kettle for tea and coffee making, single ring electric stove with pots , pans, cooking utensils , rice cooker, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer and air con. There is adequate storage space in a local hand crafted wardrobe for clothes and a side unit for travel accessories. There is also an in room safe. Other Furniture is also locally made , rattan table and chairs both inside and out. Bedroom has solid wood queen bed and bedside tables with quality linen for a comfortable nights rest. In the living area there is a double sized comfortable sofa bed. Also a fold away single bed is readily available in the apartment should this be a sleeping preference.
Clean towels are supplied and linen changed regularly along with the cleaning service.

There is a good size communal pool for your use with sun loungers and adequate guest parking mainly used for bikes. Pick up service available from panglao bohol intl airport or tagbilaran seaport in good size air con car , host to meet you on resort arrival.

Neighborhood highlights

The neighbourhood has retained its local community village feel whilst still being close to alona itself and its many bars and restaurants. Locally there are a number of outlets easily walkable to in order to enjoy a drink or bite to eat. The stand for a trycycle or bike taxi for short or longer trips is just outside the resort. 30 peso per head will take you into alona if you prefer not to stroll .

I have traveled extensively in search of an idyllic tropical hideaway. Panglao island is it! It is a laid back island where you can just relax, drink cold beer and shoot the breeze with friendly islanders. Still, there are a myriad of activities to keep busy ie diving, swimming, snorkeling etc, even a golf range. In the evening, Alona is alive and close by for some night life of restaurants and bars ie live music, dancing, beer pong, quiz nights. I have two condo units , one nearby to alona itself and the other in the up and coming San Isidro area, both with good nearby beaches and local bars restaurant and are available for your holiday enjoyment. Come to Panglao island , enjoy and relax.
