Rustic apartment 1 bedroom, 1 bath, full eat in kitchen, large living room with wet bar area and stone fireplace, separate entrance. Outside sitting area, parking. Pet friendly. There is a pond on the property. We are 1 mile from plattekill ski resort and 1 mile from stone tavern farm wedding venue and close to Roxbury barn wedding venue and west settlement wedding venue.

This apartment is equipped with everything you will need., it is rustic,peaceful and comfortable. We are close to most wedding venues, golf courses (2), hiking, farmers market and ski plattekill are only minutes away.

The entire apartment is your space, no shared space. There are security cameras around the OUTSIDE only of the property. There is a key pad on the front door.

Upon arrival if we are not there you must go up the steps inside and turn on the burner for hot water. There is a thermostat if heat is needed.
