New build. Park a boat, grill outside, have some privacy. Walking distance to grocery store and boat ramp. 2 bedrooms, all on one level and handicapped accessible. Note- will need to drive, take bikes or golf cart to beach.

COVID-19 info. Subject to local rules for short term rentals. As of May 8, short term rentals allowed in CB. Unit will be sanitized between guests. This includes extra steps to sanitize all hard surfaces including doorknobs, switch plates, etc. (see photo)

Other things to note
Our home is not Beach front or quick walk to the beach. It's an easy bike ride or a fun golf cart ride (lots of places on the island to rent one). It's very close to public boat launch and the intracoastal waterway.

Our home is very close to Carolina Beach State Park, the public boat launch and the only grocery store on the island as well as restaurants and drug stores. Easy, quick ride to the beach!
