"THE LAGUNA" is an exclusive Scottsdale vacation home that includes a sparkling pebble tech heated pool & every other amenity that you could want! Feel like you have an entire resort just to yourself! No expense was sparred while creating this newly renovated mid century property with a resort inspired backyard.
We deep clean and update the furniture regularly. We use new linens, pillows, comforters, duvet covers as often as needed to keep everything clean and fresh. We clean the upholstery monthly to keep our property in tip top shape. We have no carpet in the home besides area rugs to be more sanitary and keep things sparkling clean.
This home is very close to Old Town Scottsdale. You'll be minutes away from the best restaurants, nightlife, world-class golf courses, hiking trails, and highly regarded shopping malls such as Fashion Square Mall.

This is not a profit center. The small daily fee helps cover the energy costs & pool heater maintenance. We do not turn the heater on and off. It is more efficient to heat the entire pool and keep it heated. This keeps the cost down in comparison to other Airbnb pools (similar pools are $50-$95 to heat daily).
*Pool heater is set comfortably at 84-88 degrees (depending on the month).
*Pool heating will be billed after booking & for the ENTIRE STAY.
*Pool does not need to be heated mid to late May through mid September.
*Pool is serviced twice weekly. Usually Sundays/Mondays & Thursdays/Fridays.

Ring doorbell camera (motion recording) at the front door and front side yard (motion recording) camera for your added security. No cameras located inside the home or backyard for you privacy.
From May through September the air conditioner is on a summer schedule to help save power and keep everyone comfortable. 75 degrees 8a-9p, 72 degrees 9p-8am. If this is too cold or too hot please text me and I can easily and quickly adjust the temperature from my phone.
Early check ins & late checkouts are usually not possible, but it never hurts to ask! Early check ins & late checkouts (if they can be arranged) are $100. This helps pay for an extra cleaning member to have the home ready sooner.

Scottsdale has adopted a new noise ordinance to help protect the neighbors and neighborhood from unruly/loud vacation rental properties. This ordinance shall pertain to any and all properties located in Scottsdale, AZ. In effect if the police are called for nuisance party or noise disturbance up to a $2,500 fine could be assessed to the guests. If this happens you will be charged for the fine. Please keep the noise levels down and respect the neighbors. Thank you for your understanding.
