A lovely getaway in central London ideal for groups of 4-10 people in a great real neighbourhood with easy access to all the sights
Kitchen Diner, have our breakfast or prepare your evening meal here, dishwasher and microwave too 16sqm
Great for groups of 4-10 people and priced accordingly in this delightfully large, comfortable, light and airy Victorian conversion house with huge living spaces, 3 double bedrooms, 2 luxury bathrooms and all mod cons. A perfect getaway for groups starting at £245/night (£30 per additional guest after 4). The house has great transport links and heaps of charm and privacy in the buzzing and trendy Brixton area. (See guidebook link for area info). All bedrooms are on their own level, secluded and private, supplied with fresh crisp bed linens and clean towels and plenty of built in storage and you'll have to choose who gets our fun, romantic and peacefully themed bedrooms. We have spent a lot of time renovating and making the place homey, beautiful and practical with a family kitchen and TV's and hairdryers in each bedroom and would like to invite considerate and respectful guests to enjoy our lovely residential setting.
We have catered to large and small groups and welcome family groups and people organising get togethers to celebrate life changing milestones. Our flexible layout means we can create a 4th bedroom with some airbeds too.
Brixton Village has a great artisan market with fresh quirky restaurants and vintage clothing and craft shops, an independant cinema, coffee shops and a big department store at it's centre. It's residential streets are beautiful leafy rows of terraced houses with convenience stores on every corner. Enjoy the best of both world being in a vibrant local neighbourhood yet close to London's centre - just 10-15mins away by tube or train and with lots of buses past all major sights too.
A true urban oasis and boltholt in bustling London Town. Set around a picnic and municipal park in a family orientated residential neighbourhood where I have lived for over 25 years. This period Victorian propery has 2 jaccuzi bath tube, 2 showers heated marble floors. A modern, open plan living/kitchen/dining area that comes with a vintage feel but all the mod cons: flat screen digital HDTV, cable, dvd player, ipod dock, wireless broadband, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine. Fully serviced by a twice weekly cleaner included in the price, well maintained with great guide books & what to do suggestions. We are a popular listing as our reviews show located in a genuine London neighbourhood that is not a central tourist trap. An accomodation in London popular with couples on romantic city breaks, families looking for a family vacation home, tourists coming for sightseeing, locals wanting to come together for a dinner or concert fun night together, wedding parties, people on business trips, or as a base to explore Oxford, Stone Henge, and other English places of interest, all sorts really. We try to cater to your needs and are open and approachable with a respect for people's privacy and invite similarly minded guests to get in touch.
The location is ideal for fast commuting to any part of the city on any mode of public transport. Brixton Tube has fast tubes into Victoria in 4 stations / 12mins OR Oxford Circus in 6 stations / 15mins. There are 4 overground train stations to all parts of London and beyond all less then a mile from the flat (Connex/Thameslink/Southern/SouthEast lines). There are also numerous buses to all parts of London from our front door going to ALL major sights on a single bus ride (London Eye, Big ben, Westminister Abbey, Downing St, Nelson's Column, Trafalgar Square, National Gallery, Covent Garden, Oxford/Regent /Carnaby Street, Marble Arch, Hyde Park).
I am a devoted Brixtonian and I have opened my own home to visitors for 6 years, and for 20 years at my family home which is seconds away, so hosting is in my blood. We understand how important it is to have a sense of your own space to relax in and a home away from home and our place is just that. We are a friendly young couple with a great sense of adventure, we enjoy discovering new things and places in London daily. Being a creative chef at #MEATliquor and interior designer (with a baby on the way) we like to stay creative and tuned in to all the city has to offer and we love finding inspiration in new places, be they restaurants, vintage or design shops or underground events. We invite you to make yourself at home and ask us for any advice or anything that you need to get the most out of your trip.
Please do check out our other listings for smaller groups. Happy Travelling!
When you book the entire place your group can enjoy this spacious and comfortable residence entirely to yourselves. Access all areas and 2 sets of keys.
We stay in the apartment next door so we are on hand when you need us and of course greet you on check in to hand over keys and show you round. You basically have free run of the place, with complete privacy assured by the fact that we are nearby if you need any thing.
We love our neighbourhood which has a real local feel. Vibrant and dynamic, friendly and hip. Brixton Village is the hang out spot that Londoners flock too and tourists are cottoning on fast too! With vintage shops, market stalls, cake shops and small restaurants and boutique bars its adorably charming!
Free street parking outside, this is gold dust! Super convenient fast tube getting you to Victoria in 12mins or Oxford Circus in 15mins. We also have 8 bus lines to ever sight and attraction possible literally at the end of the street. Also between 3 train lines and loads to do locally on foot
London is big, thankfully with the tube and transport network nothing is more then a jump on a bus or tube away (rush hour on affects road travel mostly). It is best discovered on foot with a travelcard over driving. The pavements are hard so pack some comfy shoes.
London is divided into 6 concentric zones with zone1 being the heart of town with more historic sights then residential places and zone 6 being suburbia. We are in zone 2 which is highly central by the London standard.
The entire place, free street parking, lovely neighbourhood park.

We had a fantastic time staying at Miranda's this weekend for my sisters hen do. The flat is beautiful and perfect for groups wanting to stay somewhere together and be close to Central London. It's less than a 5 min walk to the bus stop which takes you to Brixton tube in 5 mins. Miranda is a welcoming host and couldn't be nicer, leaving us prosecco on arrival. The kitchen and bathrooms are also stocked with some essentials (milk/sauces/shampoo/shower gel).
Loved it and could happily live in that flat! :) Thank you Miranda
The house is beautiful, not to mention amazing comfy beds, kitchen and living space is great for hosting guests. We couldn't have been happier and would highly recommend the house!
This house was amazing - perfect for a hen party. Rooms were bright and had lovely furnishing and the hosts were really helpful and generous - the bottle of fizz was most appreciated. Would throughly recommend this place! Thanks Miranda X
Lovely home perfect for a group of friends to stay whilst enjoying London. Will defiantly recommend and also stay again when we visit London again
Miranda was brilliant. Made us feel so welcome. The apartment was fantastic, there was 11 of us on a hen weekend and there would have been room for more. the apartment was easy to get to once you had been there once, it is in a lovely quiet area that we all felt completely safe in.
Lovely host! Miranda left two bottles of prosseco in the fridge for me and my friends which was a lovely
Gesture! She gave us all the info and then left us to it :) beautiful house just wish it was a little closer to the station!
What a fantastic property, with equally awesome hosts!
Prior to our stay (as a group of guys on a stag), I was the organiser of the stag do and naturally had a lot to deal with - so before I found Miranda, sorting out a house had been a bit of a nightmare.
Miranda was an absolute blessing. She was so accommodating and helpful to ensure that things went smoothly - and in fact went completely out of her way with her husband Bates to suggest things that would make the stag all that much better, including a beer-making session!
As a side note, if you're into Meat Liquor in London - these guys have an awesome story.
They included a bottle of vodka for us upon arrival which naturally, we massively appreciated. The rooms and beds were all immaculate and the beds comfortable. The bathrooms are really slick too.
The house is situated in a nice neighbourhood and has a Sainsbury's about 4 minutes walk from the house which panned out super-handy. It's a very short bus ride away from all of the cool stuff going on in Brixton too.
The house is just as nice, if not even nicer than the photos portray.
When our group turned up for the stag, everyone was blown away by it all. By the end of the stay, the stag himself said he couldn't have spent his evening in a better place.
I couldn't have picked better hosts, nor a better property and I cannot recommend these guys enough.

Hi I am Miranda - A life long Londoner with a flair for travel, food and architecture. I enjoy interiors, it's also what I do for my work and I hope it is reflected in my home. Myself, my husband, and our daughter have been enjoying sharing our home and hosting for over 3 years and have met some amazing and lovely people.
We invite you to enjoy the comfort and beautiful tranquility of our sunny, spacious 3 double, 2 bathroomed town house to kick back and relax in as if it were you're own home away from home. It can be rented room only or you can have the entire place. The house looks over a great communal park so plenty of outside space with a playground for kids too.
I'd love to help you get the most out of your visit to this great capital city that I live in, know and love. My husband and I have a lot of quirky guide books on the bookshelf and maps for you to use, lots of local knowledge of markets, eateries and fun places to visit. We are a relaxed laid back, respectful couple with our chirpy girl Mila all having fun in Brixton.
We have opened our home as a family vacation home, a lodge house, a bed and breakfast, a launch pad to explore and sightsee in London, and for the Olympics. It even works for hen parties and bachelorette parties, for the wedding group to get ready in and even as the wedding couple's honeymoon suite. How would you like to use it?
We look forward to hearing from you.
