The space
Iona Park is a renowned Highlands estate spanning 100 acres and offering unrivalled quality, serenity and privacy. This home has been meticulously curated to provide a combination of luxury and comfort on a grand scale for up to 22 guests.

Enter this gated estate and feel yourself enter another world! The impressive entrance foyer sets the scene with the grand sweeping staircase leading to beautifully appointed bedrooms. Large scale entertaining rooms flow from the central gallery and include formal and casual living and entertaining areas, multiple dining and fireplace options, a grand billiards room and a formal library (that doubles as a bedroom with a sofa bed).

Enjoy the limestone terraces, swimming pool, firepit area, outdoor bbq and dining, trellis walk and beautiful lawns under northerly aspect, with stunning and tranquil rural views. There is plenty of space to walk on the 100-acre property.

Bring the whole extended family, the bridal party, the corporate team or just a whole bunch of friends to enjoy being together in quality accommodation where you have the private and exclusive use of all facilities during your stay.

There is a cleaning fee of $500 at this property.

• There is an unfenced dam at this property, please supervise children at all times.
• This is a working rural farm, please close gates behind you and do not interfere with livestock.
• This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy. There is a separate caretakers’ residence on the property which is private and away from the guest accommodation.
• This property has staggered pricing for additional guests. The pricing is for 18 guests and there is extra pricing for up to 22 guests. Please declare accurate guest numbers at time of booking and update these if your numbers change before arrival
• Directions to the property and Key/Access details will be emailed to the guest at 4pm two days prior to arrival.
• The bed configuration (splitting of the king beds into singles) must be advised at time of booking
• Extras available for hire include porta-cots and highchairs. Send us a message to check availability and cost.
• Information during your stay can be found in the Guest Information Folder or by calling our office 24/7.
• This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay.
• Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
• Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
• Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.
• This property is NOT pet friendly.
• WiFi is not guaranteed. This is a service offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge for this service, we will attempt to fix issues as they arise but cannot be held accountable.
• This property will consider bookings for ”Schoolies”, however, these bookings can only be made by application. Please message us, a comprehensive guest registration form must be completed prior to confirmation and a $2000 cash bond is payable 7 days prior to the stay.
• For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

Our family just had a wonderful 3 days at your property, Iona Park at Moss Vale. We had 4 couples and 8 children. It was ideal for this number of people as each of the couples and their children had their own bathroom and very well appointed bedrooms.

Iona Park is very special. We liked the large, spacious rooms and hallways and the beautiful formal lounge. We also liked the dramatic, curved staircase.

Another lovely spot was the table under the pergola, next to the formal lounge. We had lunch there one day. It was a beautiful day and the setting was perfect.

The dining table inside was also a lovely spot for dinner. No take-aways for us the entire time, just wonderful home cooking in a magical place.

I look forward to booking through you next time we come to Iona Park.
