NO GLASS BOTTLES OR GLASS PRODUCTS IN POOL AREA. Guest can use the pool area/hot tub area and if you would like to enjoy those spaces I respect your privacy, You would be the only ones using.


If enjoying outdoor space after 10:00 pm no loud noise levels to respect neighbors this would include any loud talking or partying.

Mounted on the post by gate to backyard pool area of my main house monitoring the front driveway and side of my main home.

mounted in back side of property monitoring where trash cans are.

There are NO Security cameras in the backyard pool and hot tub area or the Airbnb. Any concerns about where these two cameras are located please let me know.

There is Netflix and many other premium cable channels available on TV. This location is about 15 minute drive to the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Easy check in when you book, just go to Guest Resources then “check-in and has its own private entrance.

There is a cat name Butters. He is indoor cat in my home “the main house”
