You will feel right at home in this light and bright home that has an open plan living and dining area, a kitchen (complete with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine. Laundry has washing machine and clothes dryer, iron & ironing board. There is a BBQ in the alfresco area.
Guests will have access to the whole property apart from the garage, which has been used for storage.
There is plenty of room to park in front of the garage or several cars on our front verge.
Interaction with Guests
We like to meet our guest on arrival to hand over the keys and show them around the property. We live in the next street and are only a phone call away if they require any assistance.
Elvira Street is a lovely quiet suburban street. There is a small park and play ground 150 m away. It is very close to the local shopping plaza and food outlets.
Public transport is within walking distance.
Joey and Pam were both very helpful. They were so welcoming and explained every facility that was available very clearly. Always contactable at a phone call away. Beautiful home and it made our stay in Perth a great one. We felt so at home. Absolutely no complains or whatsoever. It was perfect and beyond our expectations. Kitchen and laundry room were fully furnished with everything you could need. Ample space for a family of 6 adults to stay. Would definitely stay here if we're visiting Perth again. :)

My friends and I rented this apartment for a short holiday in Perth and we were very impressed with the cleaniness and furnishing of the home.
The place is very well-maintained and the location is very convenient (the beach and supermarket is a 5min drive away).
Overall, we had a very pleasant time there. Would definitely rent this place again if we ever come back to perth.

My family and I (two adults, three children) had a lovely 5 nights staying at Joey's house. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was lovely to meet Pam, who checked us in and gave us a tour of the house.
The house is well located in a pleasant suburb, within walking distance to shops and children's playgrounds. It is a short drive to Fremantle.
There is a lush and shady little garden in the front fenced yard of the house, and a nice outdoor eating area with a BBQ at the side of the house behind the garage. Inside, ample bath and beach towels are provided, along with a hair dryer, soap, toilet paper, and laundry detergent for the washing machine in the laundry. There are sauces provided in the fridge, and all crockery and utensils needed in the kitchen are available.

My decision to choose the Corpo Bella for our family vacation in Perth was definitely an excellent choice. The house is located in a beautiful, peaceful neighbourhood with amenities nearby and a mere 10km drive to Fremantle. The house was spick and span, fulfilling all the expectations that were set and more.
Kitchen was well-equipped, plenty of comfortable bedding even for the cold nights. We particularly enjoyed the selection of boardgames that kept us company at night, I found this to be a very thoughtful gesture for these to be included in the house. All the appliances functioned well. Beds were nice and comfy, rooms were roomy and pleasantly furnished.
Plenty of tourist-related brochures and information also provided in the house, even take-out menus were provided for nearby food outlets.
Joey was a lovely host, even though we only met her once when checking in. I would definitely recommend the Corpo Bella for a lovely Perth home experience, especially for large families.

Owner of a well established beauty salon a kilometer from the property. Casa Bella Home Stay is actually my much-loved home but I have moved in with my Mum to care for her. I can't live without my gorgeous 16 year old daughter and two puppy dogs, Roxy and Blake - they keep me sane - although the 16 year old often keeps me INsane! I love to travel, I have many more places on my bucket-list: India, China, Spain, New Zealand, to name a few. Looking forward to meeting lots of new, like-minded travellers and making new friends.
