Your condo is the perfect spot to relax & unwind. Watch the sunrise or sunset over the Mercedes-Benz (from your California King) or head to the rooftop & take in the view of the city all the way to Stone Mountain. The rooftop a great spot to grab some sunshine, workout or catch up with friends.

Just opened - October 2025. Fresh produce market directly across the street.

Being Downtown & surrounded by 2 major stadiums means that your food selection goes up dramatically, but if you have any specific likes then please let me know & I can advise you personally.

Located in the heart of Downtown Atlanta; just a 2 minute walk from the Five Points train station. 17 mins direct train ride from the airport.

Parking is NOT INCLUDED, but can be arranged at a nearby garage for $220PM. Ask for details.

You are right in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. So it is perfect for business travelers, those attending conferences or exhibitions. For the sports traveler, the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta Hawks stadiums are a 5 minute walk from the apartment!
The World Of Coco Cola, Centennial Park, Georgia Aquarium, Georgia State University and CNN are in your backyard.
You are in the heart of Downtown Atlanta, so will hear sirens and street noise. Should it bother my light sleepers, earplugs are provided to make sure you stay comfortable at all times.
Please be aware that this is a Downtown city where you will experience panhandling & be exposed to homelessness. Should this personally be of concern to you I would suggest the outer suburbs to make you more comfortable ; )
You have many hotel choices and Airbnb's to choose from within an earshot, so please take a look around the interface but I guarantee you that it is better value than any surrounding hotel!
