I'm offering a spacious 1 bedroom suite, which provides a private living room, bathroom and bedroom with a queen sized bed, located on the ground level with a semi private entrance. Furnished with quality antiques and furniture, in a quiet setting that is 2 minutes from I26 and convenient to all parts of Johnson City (within 10 to 15 minutes) and surrounding areas. All walks of life welcome!

The space
This suite is located on the ground floor, one mile from interstate 26! No staircases to climb : ) Use my private courtyard upon request and build a fire when the weather permits - relax with a glass of wine or pizza if you want a quite evening to yourself.

I have a cat, Sophie, which stays in the main living quarters of my condo. You are welcome to bring your SMALL pet as well, 20 lbs and under with no additional charge... but ONLY for short stays... no more than 3 nights.

Smoking is not permitted inside the suite, but within a few steps is a door leading to the garage, where you are welcome to smoke to your hearts content : )

My condo is located in a modest sized complex called South Roan Estates, which I own and manage on site and I look forward to helping you make your stay here a pleasant and enjoyable experience. I want you to come back and stay again!
