Our quiet and spacious 1 bedroom in Boerum Hill is available for sublet from Dec 20-30.
The apartment is ideally situated near transportation (Hoyt Schemerhorn, Dekalb and Nevins St. stops), on a beautiful tree-lined street near amazing restaurants. Boerum Hill is a very desirable area; a short walk to the theatre at BAM or to "restaurant row" on Smith Street; tree-lined blocks, occasional celebrity sightings.
The space is very comfortable; the living room has a Herman Miller sofa and a large work and eating table; the bedroom has a queen bed and ample closet.
The only drawback: our flat screen TV is being repaired, and may not be back in action. No smoking in the apartment, no pets.

The Bungalow was great! Literally steps from everything great in Rockaway- The S train, the beach, Rockaway taco, Boarders, a great local coffeeshop/fresh veggie shop. Michael was super accommodating, even to my crazy schedule (and it is crazy), he even loaned us a fun board, so we only had to rent one surf board, not that it was hard, the rental place is literally next door! Ate an amazing and huge cucumber from the garden, it was a great relaxing experience. Hopefully, we'll be back soon!
Michael was a most gracious host! All of our correspondences were quick and extremely friendly. The bungalow was fantastic and the perfect place for a stay in the Rockaways. Between the garden, the proximity to the beach, and all the modern amenities at the house our stay could not have been better! We felt extremely welcomed and comfortable. I hope to stay there again soon!!
What a fantastic beach retreat. Michael and Eva were gracious, generous hosts and accommodated all our needs--from restaurant recommendations to fresh towels and wifi.
My partner and I were seeking a quick weekend getaway from Manhattan, and Rockaway is easily accessible on the A train. The bungalow itself is well appointed, with a beautiful garden and full kitchen (though we took Michael's recs and ate fish tacos at Rockaway Taco and watched the sun set over the bay at Thai Rock. Overall, a great weekend. I just wish there were TWO hammocks so that my partner and I wouldn't have been arguing over it the whole time ;)
Thanks for opening your home to us, Michael and Eva!
