My place is in a secure building, in the heart of San Francisco. This neighborhood has all the amenities you could want, including walking distance to Union Square, Downtown, Chinatown and the Ferry Building on one side and Russian Hill, Nob Hill, Japantown, Hayes Valley and SOMA on the other sides. Some of the city's best restaurants, cafes and bars are right outside the door.
BART is a short walk away, with lots of major bus routes available on nearby blocks. But the neighborhood's location lends itself to making your time in San Francisco utterly walkable!
+ Absolutely no smoking please
+ Please be courteous to our neighbors by keeping noise down

I had a very pleasant stay at Renna's Apartment. The space is lovely, comfortably and surprisingly spacious. Renna was extremely responsive to all of my questions and made the whole experience extremely easy and straightforward. It's about a 15 minute (and very pleasant) walk from the apartment to the convention center. Perfect distance to be able to get to our conference easily but also far enough away to feel like we were escaping when necessary.
Renna's apartment is beautiful, spacious, and stylish. It's really surprisingly large for the location. The historic apartment building is gorgeous.
The main bed is super comfortable. The sofa bed in the second bedroom/lounge reasonable.
Having a self service laundry in the basement of the building is very handy.
The location is fantastic. There's so many amazing places to get coffee and food around here. Some favourites:
- Farm:Table - great for coffee, their food looks yummy too
- Sweet Woodruff - great breakfast
- Golden Coffee - straight up diner
- Colibri - fantastic mexican - had dinner here twice, the house marguerita is top notch
Very good internet speeds on the wi-fi, via Comcast Cable.
I loved my stay at Renna's beautiful apartment. It was convenient, an easy walk to the waterfront and the BART station at the civic center. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby.
The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. Renna has several perfect couches for sitting and enjoying a book. The internet was also great :)
I had no issues picking up keys or communicating with Renna. She was responsive and helpful.
All in all a great stay, thank you!
I stayed at Renna's apartment for 3 days while in SF on business. The apartment was spotless upon arrival and had everything we needed. The apartment was conveniently located to great restaurants and shopping. Renna was always easy to get in touch with and made us feel welcome in her beautiful home. Felt like staying at a boutique hotel - would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the SF area!
Renna's appartment is great. It is very spacious and comfortable. It is beautifully furnished and equipped. The place is about a 15 min walk from the Moscone convention center. The area is ok, but depending in which direction you walk it can feel unsafe at night, particularly the area around the Civic Center. I recommend getting off at Powel BART station at night, instead of the Civic Center.
I did not get a chance too meet Renna but she is very nice, responsive and helpful.
Overall I had a very good experience and will seek to go back again next time I am in the SF area.
Renna's place was an absolute joy to stay in. Such a beautiful space and so well decorated. The windows are huge and the light just saturates the space. It really felt like home. Renna was so sweet and very helpful. I will definitely be staying there again next time I'm in San Francisco!

I'm a designer that works with consultancies here in the Bay Area. I'm an amateur collector of mid century furniture. I like a bit of action and relaxation mixed into my travels. But don't over think it. Most likely I buy the tickets, book the first couple of nights of accommodation and go from there.
I love my neighborhood, which is right in the heart of San Francisco, close to all public transit, many of the major neighborhoods, and feels like you are actually in a city. I like to explore the latest greatest restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. And also love a leisurely day outside hiking, or laying around with friends in Dolores Park. I take advantage of northern California, planning many great trips in and around the Bay Area.
