Built under ten years ago, the amenities and location of this house can't be beat. Be the first one to rent this magnificent house right across the south boardwalk. Ocean view , 2 balconies and 200 feet to the beach and boardwalk, night life and great restaurants. Looking for families to rent to - great for big gatherings. Available for 3 nights minimum rental and 4 nights minimum for holiday weekends. You will not be disappointed!

No pets and no smoking on the premises.

The space
This location is unbeatable. There are many new attractions as they have been building Seaside up, including a Carousel Pavilion & Museum as well as the Beach Club and entertainment venue, which is steps away from the condo. This is also very close to the Casino Pier, various bars and nightclubs, the boardwalk, sky way, water park and many more attractions. In terms of transportation, there are many bicycles and scooter rentals available nearby along with a six electric vehicle charging station. This is also walking distance or a 4 minute car ride away from the bay side, which offers amazing sunset views. There is a CVS Pharmacy and ACME supermarket for grocery needs. 

**Note, we do not provide towels or linens. We provide 6 beach passes and 1 parking pass for street parking (but if you lose any of these items, you are responsible for the cost of replacement)**
