This nice two bedroom apartment is situated in a attic of a private house in place Sustjepan.

It was really a magnificent view, indeed! We were 2 families, total of 7 that stayed 3 nights in this very clean and practical apartment which boasted 2 bathrooms and a total of 4 rooms to sleep, and a long slim balcony with one of the best views in town.
We came by ferry from Bari early in the morning, and were met by a friendly host-stand-in, Miho early in the morning (9 am). Great service! The apartment was as we expected, to our satisfaction, and Miho provided us with all the help we needed. The owner of the house did not speak much except some german, so it was nice to get Miho's help when we needed.
Prepare yourself to get in good shape though, when living here. There are approx 400 steps upwards from the city, and the apartment is not suited for disabled at all. However we loved it!
This apartment was amazing. Clean spacious and great views. Lots of steps 382 by our count so be prepared. Host were super helpful and kind.
A wonderful trip to Dubrovnik with a beautiful place to stay and a very kind host. The stairs can be killer, but well worth the view!
I had a fabulous time staying at apartment Olivia on Kolocep.
The apartment was spotless with great amenities fabulous views and the hosts and his family could not have been kinder and more welcoming.
Even though all the contacts have been made with Nikola, we were received by the Perović Family. They couldn't be nicer and received us with beer, wine, juice and sweeties! They live just beside, in the same house but in an other space. They did everything to make ourselves comfortable and tried to help us all the time. The apartment was very agreeable, with a great view, clean and it seemed it was being used for the first time! The access is a little bit difficult because you have to climb a big stair but they even helped us with the luggage! It's also a bit difficult to get there because the easier entrance is in the upper street.
We were three friends going to Dubrovnik together, and shared a small apartment. The host was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The apartment is small, but nice and clean.
When we needed a new blanket for the bed, because the one we had was really dirty, it was replaced at once. We did miss more hooks in the bathroom, for hanging our wet towls. Since we were three people, it would have been more practical to hang them in the bathroom, rather than scattered around the apartment. The view is spectacular, with a great overlook to the old town of Dubrovnik. One should be aware that it's a quite long walk up a lot of stairs, so if you're not fit for walking, it's not the place for you.
In terms of Mostar the accommodation was suitable. It was not luxurious but very clean, clean, functional and delivered what it promised. The staff were delightful and very helpful. A friendly and nice apartment.
The place was nice. There are many stairs to get there but it's worth it for the nice view. The host was friendly and prepared some friuts and bottle of wine for us. And we could leave our lugguge before we check in.
The location was good. If you walk down the stairs. you'll get old town. It's close to cable car as well.
I higly recommend this place!
The best view in the city comes with a price....your legs :) It is a hike to and from the old town climbing almost vertical stair cases. (15-20 min) The Wi-Fi is fast and the AC is cool. The shower is amazing and the bed is comfortable. It was clean and bright. We would highly recommend this little studio apartment for a couple who does not mind the steep hike. We were greeted by the owner, Anka, who brought us a welcome drink and snack. We never saw or spoke to Nikola and I was a little disappointed in his lack of communication because I never got any information on where or how to check-in. Luckily, Anka was there. I would book directly through her next time. (website hidden)
The house owner was the sweetest lady. I was welcomed with a welcome shot, candies, snack and a map of Dubrovnik. The house is very very clean and had everything I needed including a very comfortable bed. The ceiling window is just amazing and it opens out to such a great great view. The location is great: the cable car is about 5 to 10 minutes away by foot, beach is close by (just many many stairs), and Old Town is about 10 to 15 minutes away by foot as well. I highly recommend this place.
