In the same property there are 4 other bedrooms available together to a large group renting the whole house or sometimes individually to singles or couples.

Interaction with Guests
Interaction depends on the guests needs and wants.
I try to meet guests at check in and make sure they are comfortable and know their way around and answer any questions.
Once checked in I respect their privacy.
I am nearby and available by phone if any questions arise.
Quiet dead end street.
Short walk or bike ride to Commercial Street and the Bay.
Safe town, you can walk anywhere in town day or night without worry.
7/10 mile to McMillan Wharf where the Boston ferry docks.
2.7 miles to Provincetown Municipal Airport

1. Maximum of 2 guests without prior approval

3.Respect my neighbors by keeping the noise level appropriate
Especially on the patio after 9pm
4.No smoking in the house.Smoke outside on the patio
Dispose of butts in the ash trays provided
5.Keep the house neat.
While you are here please treat my home as you would your own.
A.There is one open space behind the house in front of the garden view studio
Please leave room for me to park in the space next to you
B. There is free parking in designated spaces on Aunt Sukey's Way as available
C. Do NOT park in the shared driveway between 6 and 8 Aunt Sukey's Way without speaking with me first. There is limited parking and the driveway must remain accessible to me and my neighbor next door.
