We are thrilled to welcome guests to Falcon Heights and for other Twin City events. Our home and studio are located just 12 minutes from downtown Minneapolis, 15 minutes to downtown St. Paul, and only 20 minutes to the airport. We're a prime location for U of M & State Fair visitors, as well as the nearby city of Roseville. Our home is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, yet minutes to all of the urban conveniences of food, laundry, shops & entertainment. Optimal amenities are provided.

The space
This cozy home away from home is situated with a great view of our serene and spacious yard. It includes a rock garden and fire pit. The bedroom has a queen size bed. A comfortable air mattress, as well as a portable crib will be provided upon request. A door separates it from the Living Room which has a full size couch which can also be used for sleeping. It includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, & hot water pot. Children 2 and under stay at no additional charge. Additional adults beyond 2 guests require $5/person/night. Limit of 4 people and 1 vehicle.

Our home is on a bike & walk path, and just a short distance to the Community Park for children's recreation, tennis, and soccer. We are just moments from many restaurants, 2 malls, and even Target and Walmart. The nearby farmer's market and The Good Acre provide healthy local food options.
