The Space

The location is amazing: Only 1 stop to Manhattan on the train or a 10 minute bike ride over the Williamsburg bridge. You can even walk to the city from here in about 20 minutes (yes, it's that close!).

This is a modern, clean Loft apartment in a converted rocket factory in one of Brooklyn's hottest neighborhoods - Williamsburg. This is a 3-bedroom apartment (see my other listings for other rooms available).

Bed is Queen size.

I am Air BnB verified!

I do not have any pets.

I am a DJ/Music producer and I tend to keep a busy schedule, but it varies from week to week. I'm usually close by and am always reachable by phone/text/WhatsApp. I am committed to making your stay as enjoyable as possible, so feel free to contact me at any time.

*BONUS* If you like dance music and going out to parties and clubs, I can make some great suggestions!

The Neighborhood

Williamsburg is an amazing place for food, drink, nightlife, arts and entertainment. As you walk around you'll notice lots of street art, murals, local artisans markets and musicians, as well as great clubs and live music venues.

The food & drink selection is virtually unlimited - Williamsburg has just about anything you could possibly want!

You'll be very close to many of the following popular restaurants and bars: Diner, Five Leaves, Mast Brothers' Chocolate, Traif, Blue Bottle Coffee, Toby's Estate Coffee, Spuytin' Duyvil, Saltie, Pies 'n Thighs, Dram, Donna, Marlow & Sons, Peter Luger, Fette Sau, Caracas, Dressler.

If you love music, look no further, there's some of the best record stores in town only blocks away.

Want to go out to the club? The legendary OUTPUT club is within walking distance, as well as a number of smaller (and awesome!) local clubs.

Getting around

Subways:
Close to the Brooklyn L Train, a 10 min walk up Bedford Ave will get you to the Bedford Ave L subway stop. Only one stop from Manhattan (usually 10 minutes on the train).

Also a short walk to the J/M subway lines only one stop away from Manhattan at Delancey Street (Lower East Side). The M train can get you quickly uptown through the Lower East Side, East Village up through Midtown towards Times Square and Central Park. The J train will get you to the Financial District, which will bring you close to the seaports and ferries with access to places like the Statue of Liberty, Governor's Island and more!

About 30 minutes away from Penn Station, Times Square and Grand Central Station.

Buses
Only a few blocks away from the Williamsburg bus depot. This will take you to just about any destination in Brooklyn. Just ask and I'll help you get anywhere you need to go!

Ferry
Catch a ferry from Williamsburg or Greenpoint down the East River. Water tours also accessible from these points.

  • Keith was super great, and the space was clean, full of natural light (even in the bedroom!) and inviting - he even had towels laid out neatly by the bed. Easy to get in and out without disturbing other people, and all interior doors lock so it's safe to store your things if you don't know the other people renting rooms. The location couldn't be beat, just a few blocks right off the metro, and so many bars and restaurants and things to see/do within lazy strolling distance. Cab ride just over the bridge from the east village is only $12, so it makes getting home after a night out in the city really easy too! Highly recommended!!!

  • Although there were unexpected works in the apartment due to a liquid contamination, so we couldn't enjoy completely pour stay, Keith has been nice & did his best to accomodate us. Room & bathroom were clean. The area is also one of the best in Brooklyn.

  • Arrived to Williamsburg in order to explore and experience the Brooklyn vibe and the apartment was successful key component. Comfortable bedroom,(after long intensive day that was a bliss) furnished kitchen and very sympathetic host. The apartment is designed in very modern high tech touch. Very positive first Airbnb experience !

  • Me and my girlfriend stayed in Keiths very cool and perfectly located apartment for a few days and the stay was absolutely impeccable. Keith was super nice and easygoing and recommended a bunch of great spots which were all just steps away. Don't hesitate, book this room.

  • Keith was a great host. He was very pleasant and patient in answering all of our questions and very quick when you needed something. I definitely recommend him as a host.
His place was as described and even all rooms were booked, it didn't get too crowded in the bathroom. I hope that the floor (recovering from water damage) will be soon fixed, so the guests can fully enjoy the whole flair of his great loft.

  • Great host, great location. Definitely a good stay.
