• We kindly ask that you don't build a fire in the master bedroom fireplace. While the fireplace is operational, we're concerned about having smoke inside the house.
• We love pets, but don't allow them here

By the written or electronic endorsement of this Agreement, Tenant agrees to forever hold-harmless and indemnify Owner from any liability and/or responsibility arising therefrom.
