The Garden Suite is centrally located in the BCS metroplex close to Texas A&M Campus and near lots of restaurants / bars / grocery stores / highway 6. The suite is part of the detached garage that has a private entrance through the backyard. Guests are asked to park on the street.

We are pet friendly but charge an additonal $10 per pet per day if guests bring a pet. The extra charges will be added once your reservation has been confirmed and informed us that you are bringing a pet.

The space
*Cleaning Note*
After our always-thorough cleaning we disinfect all knobs, handles and faucets etc.

Private entrance and keypad lock that allows easy access to suite. Has all the amenities of hotel room - King size bed, private bath with shower, TV with cable access, DVD player, wireless internet, coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge with freezer. Please note there is not a full kitchen in the apartment -more like a hotel room.

A desk is also in the room which can be used for business travelers or students needing a place to study.

Twin size air mattress & linens available, upon request.

Guest access
Guests will be allowed to kick back and relax in our backyard where you can enjoy the warm Texas nights in the summer and the fire pit in the winter.

Other things to note
Space has a desk that can be utilitzed to work in for both business travelers as well as college students.
