A return visitor so what else needs to be said about Rune and Camilla! Truly two of the nicest and genuine people I have ever met. I don't refer to them as people who rented me their room but rather friends.
So far the best experience in airbnb. Room clean and bright, Camila and Rune are angels, just like previous comments that the room is so comfortable you forget about the stair climbing to the shower in the basement. Having a meal in the backyard when the weather is nice is an extra bonus.
There was very good communication throughout the whole stay.
I was given simple directions to follow to get to the place from the airport. The Apartment was in a prime location for a lot of good food and accessible to metro and buses within minutes of walk. Check TripAdvisor and there are a number of good food around the area.
Rune and Camilla were respectful and good people. Throughout the stay, they offered places to go and eat.
The room was very clean, private, quiet and windy. Wifi speed was good for checking emails and browsing.
I did not mind the 1 and only shower in the basement shared among the whole building or the toilet in the closet. It allowed me to understand what locals experience and learn more about the Danish culture and architecture, absolutely loved it.
No red flags were raised
I couldn't ask for anything more.
During my stay I felt very good in Runes and Camillas flat. Most days I was alone there, because the couple was in holiday.
But they answered all my questons all the time very quickly in advance and gave me some useful informations.
The room and the flat are very bright and were clean - I slept well in this quiet area.
The last evening I met Rune and Camilla and could give them a direct feedback. Thanks for all and all the best for your future.
Rune and Camilla have a lovely apartment. It is one of the cleanest places I've ever visited. They are a totally relaxed couple and a lot of fun to talk too. The room itself overlooks a lovely courtyard and you can go down, read a book, enjoy a glass of wine, weather permitting. Needless to say, everything is so close by, supermarkets, train stops, parks. Wifi works like a charm. Highly recommend.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The couple was very friendly and caring. We chatted a few times and they told us in details how to go to certain places, what time they close, etc. They are very sincere and helpful host :) The location is also good, just a few mins of walk from the metro and shopping mall. The room was big and cosy. Although the bathroom is at the basement, that wasn't a big problem for me. The couple even told me I could ask for help anytime after I check out! I recommend anyone to stay here :)
Staying at Camilla and Rune's place was a very pleasant experience.
The appartment is optimally situated very close to the university, and the main metro line. The room itself is wide, clean and comfortable. The hosts are helpful and charming, friendly while always respectful of their guests' intimity.
All in all a perfect adress for all solitary travelers.
About the Host, Rune
We are a young and lovely couple:-). Together we have travelled in more than 40 countries I think. Sometimes we've also had private accommodation and we know what it takes to be good hosts. All our trips have given us very good memories for life. But we also know how difficult it sometimes is to be in a foreign country with a different culture, a different language, different standards and different behavior. But also not knowing where to buy certain things or how to figure things out. Basically, experiencing things that weren't the way we were used to or things which turned out different than expected. During our trips we have learned that local people can be very helpful, very service minded and more than willing to ask all our questions. These people made every trip into something special, something better. We have decided to be like these local people;-)
