We sincerely welcome you in our apartment!
Light and space in a modern atmosphere distinguish this studio apartment. Ideal for couples or small families with one or two children.
This home is situated with excellent transport links (just next to the subway Prinzregentenplatz) at the Prinzregentenstrasse in the posh and exclusive residential district in the early days of Bogenhausen.
This thirty-nine square-foot unit is very quiet, in a back yard and has space for up to four guests (note: not two separate bedrooms!).
The modern open kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and microwave. The necessary items for daily use in the kitchen, as well as cutlery, crockery and glassware are also available.

There you will find a cozy king size double bed (200cm x 190cm) and a leather sofa, which is used as sleeping accommodation for up to two persons (190cm x 140cm). If you are traveling with a baby, we can provide a baby cot. The beds are covered with premium bedding. A chest of drawers and two wall wardrobes for your clothes are there, too.
A 32-inch TV with local and international channels and a DVD player and a stereo system for your entertainment are at your disposal.
The apartment has a bathroom with window. Toilet, shower and sink are there for you. Towels, toilet paper and hair dryer are provided.
For your important documents and valuable objects a wall-safe is available.

In the house live families with small children, elderly persons and people that need to wake up early. Should the police be called due to peace disturbing behavior, we reserve the right that you have to leave my premises immediately without refund. We ask for appropriate consideration and understanding, and then you are welcome in our apartment.
I like the way Alex handle the check in matters. It's very practical in a way. Really nice apartment , strategic location , and friendly neighborhood. Recommended and will come again in the future.
The apartment was gorgeous, so close to the U-Bahn station, and in a very nice neighbourhood. Very spacious, warm and super clean, linens and towels smelled amazing when we walked in. The apartment comfortably fits four people with plenty of space to spare. Fully equipped kitchen, that has everything you might need. Also, it was surprisingly quiet for a big city. :)
Alex is very kind host. Even though we didn't get to meet him, he prepared useful information, maps, guides and suggestions. There's a guest book, welcome information and even chocolates on pillows!! :) A hotel service!
Will definitely book again if I ever return to Munich. :)
I strongly suggest booking this accomodation.
-towels for all guests
-check-in was very easy and flexible
-wifi worked very well, even for multiple devices
-located next to the subway station
sofa bed could be a bit bigger for two adults and apartment is located in the basement of the house. But for the price we could not expect more
An small precission: it is not a typical basement. In fact the apartment's floor is 50 cm under the street level, but apart of that we can not say it is a "basement". You have big windows over the street level that bring fresh air and light in the apartment. This "half basement" (or Tiefparterre in German) is a typical construction from the beginning of the 20th Century in Germany.
Alex's apartment was extremely well-located and comfortable. My sisters even told me they want to actually live this apartment. Thank you for letting us stay this beautiful apartment.
The apartment was quite easily accessible arriving by train and Alex was very nice and we never had problems contacting him.
