Welcome to our home, Palm Paradise of Cape Coral, an open-concept private oasis where all the amenities and details have been meticulously thought out in order to elevate your staycation with us. Here you will find Floridian tropical tranquility at it's finest; located on a quiet waterfront cul de sac, with a heated pool at no expense to you. Our home is centrally located to shopping, the finest restaurants, nightlife, and the famous beaches that South West Florida has to offer.

The space
Palm trees, waterfront sunsets and tropical breezes… All surrounding a newly furnished and beautifully decorated three bedroom, 2 full bath (one bath tub), one level, open concept Floridian paradise! As soon as you walk in, the glass sliders invite you to
the outdoor living space… calling for you to come and relax by the pool and gaze off into the sunset hoping a dolphin or manatee will pass you by. The main living area fosters quality time with the modern kitchen including all the amenities you could want for; all while allowing conversation to flow to the dining area and living room, where you can put your feet up on fine Italian leather recliners and catch a movie or cook a gourmet meal, including a panini maker and a fondue pot! The bedrooms are all carefully coordinated and furnished. The master has a King bed with brand new mattress, a large flat screen TV, and en suite bath, walk in closet and sliders that lead you to the lanai. On the other side of the home you will find the guest bedroom which has a queen bed (new mattress) and a television, the guest bathroom that has a bathtub and a rain shower, and the bunk room that has four twin bunk beds, a reading nook and television. What makes our home unique is that it has a space called the Kids Klub, located in the garage. It’s a safe place, away from the water, where kiddos can enjoy themselves, and parents can catch a breather. A full laundry room is also available for your convenience. Last but not least, is the breathtaking outdoor space where you will find the refreshing saltwater pool with pool floats, pool toys, cozy sofa to sit outside and watch some TV, a beautiful wood dining table for outdoor meals, a grill and seating area, 4 kayaks, a giant Jenga, giant Connect 4, some free weights and yoga matts, and the dock on the canal which is the best place to catch the sunset and some fish! (Fishing rods also available for our guests) Security cameras are in place for your safety, as well as insurance purposes. They are on the outside of the home only and record 24/7 with motion detection. They are located at the front entrance/garage, and the left and right side of the home. This is our second home and we hope you will love it as much as we do!

Our home is centrally located to everything. There is something here for everyone. A short drive in either direction will take you to some of the finest restaurants, amazing nightlife, shopping and the most beautiful beaches such as Sanibel island, Captiva island and Lovers key. Fort Meyers beach is a 20 minute scenic drive taking you to a wonderful little beach town. We strongly recommend seeing this breathtaking place by water. Take the kayaks out (2 single and 2 double) available at our home for guest use free of charge. A fun excursion that our family loves is to book a boat tour. You will experience the waterways from a completely different perspective and even get to “play” with dolphins and manatees. The Fort Meyers airport and Punta Gorda airport are the closest at 25 minutes away, but Sarasota and Tampa, at the furthest, are also optional airports. Uber is a definite option if you choose to have a night out on the town. One of the popular bars, Backstreets, will even provide you with free transportation to and from Palm Paradise. Parking is rarely an issue in the Cape. Beach parking can get crowded though and requires an hourly payment paid at the meter. Remember to put your ticket in your vehicle’s window. We have a travel guide in our home to better assist you and are available to answer any questions you may have during your stay with us!

Neighborhood highlights

Cape Coral stole our hearts from the first time we visited and we just new that this was where we wanted our second home to be! It’s tropical and lively, yet quiet and relaxing! The people are kind and welcoming and there’s something for every age group. Everyday can be a adventure exploring a new place or activity. The restaurants have proven to be some of the best seafood with our favorites being The Lobster Lady and Fishtales. The nightlife is fun with live music almost everywhere. It even has some of the countries best golf courses near by. But the real stunner here is the nature and that which surrounds you.. from the wildlife to the white sand beaches and the turquoise waters! It’s a boaters paradise being able to get from your dock on the canal out into the open waters of the gulf. Cape Coral is truly a gem! We hope you fall in love with it as we have and come back and be our guests again soon!

Welcome to Paradise!! Danielle and Mike here and we’re the proud parents of 4 kiddos. I was a teacher for 17 years in the NYC public school system before becoming a mom. We love to travel whenever we get a chance. Some of our favorite things to do are finding a beautiful beach to relax, eat out at delicious restaurants and meet new wonderful people!
