Excellent self-contained apartment with its own private entrance, which leaves the London hustle & bustle behind as you walk through the front door.

The bright airy living room provides a fantastic in-house entertainment centre with:

• Two double sofas (one being a sofa bed),
• Living table, chairs and built in alcove seating.

The kitchen, recently refurbished, bright with access to back garden contains:
• Modern contemporary kitchen design,
• Russell Hobbs toaster, kettle & coffee percolator,
• Fan assisted oven and Microwave,
• Ariston washing machine,
• European cabinetry,
• Kitchen extraction fans x 2,
• All cookware necessary to make gourmet meals.

The apartment is maintained by our delightful Housekeeper & Co-ordinator extraordinaire, who prepares it immediately after the guests check out and it’s therefore available 24/7. I use a key safe system for storing the apartment keys, which means you have no hassle access regardless of your time of arrival.

We are available 24/7 if you have any urgent needs, which you must address immediately. I provide full mobile, email & What’s App contact details for Maddy and I once you have booked the apartment.

Guest access

Guests are provided with ‘Andrew’s local guide to Fulham’ 2 weeks before they arrive.

This explains how to reach the apartment by planes, trains and automobiles as well as many local places you can visit, eat, drink or go to during your visit.

The apartment located in Waldemar Avenue, is on the ground floor and was fully refurbished in 2015. Access is through the front door from the Avenue into the main building and then through the apartment main door, which faces you as you enter.

There is one low step from street level to the main front door, which leads you to the apartment. So those arriving with prams, wheelchairs or heavy luggage will have straightforward and easy access into the apartment.

Once inside access to all room is on ground level, so it is straightforward for people with mobility issues to move around. There is one low step down from the kitchen into the garden.

Access to the apartment is obtained through a set of keys, which are stored in a key safe and easily accessible for guests. Details for these are provided once the booking is confirmed and approximately 2 weeks in advance of your visit.

Interaction with guests

My approach is providing you, the guest, with the freedom you require to fully enjoy your stay at the apartment. In advance of your arrival I will provide you with a ‘welcome pack’ that sets our contact details and what you need to know about the apartment when you arrive.

On arrival either Maddy, my housekeeper extraordinaire or I can meet you at the apartment, if requested. If you’d rather the privacy & intimacy to enter the apartment on your own we’ll respect your request. After you’d checked in please do contact us via text or (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) message to confirm all is well or ask any initial questions.

During your stay do contact us at any time by text message or phone if you have any questions. On the morning of check out please let yourselves out and leave the keys in the safe. Maddy will arrive on or around 11h00 to undertake our check-out requirements.

We’ll contact if we have any concerns or find any personnel items belonging to you. Please have a safe onward journey.

Other things to note

The apartment is available for short or long-term letting and ideally suits business people, visitors, small groups or families with young babies or children on holiday. You can book for short, medium or long term rental periods.

This apartment is not available for parties or gathering during your stay, please do not book it if this is your requirement. If you do have a requirement for a party you can discuss if you wish.

Great Home, perfect for parking quite area yet with in walking distance of the high street and amenities in the area, some lovely bars on the high street. It was so good we have booked it again. Andrew was great at communication and checking in and out was so easy. Highly recommended and highly recommended host.

Very clean, comfortable and well appointed flat in quiet residential area of Fulham. Excellent high spec bathrooms. Pleasant and airy lounge/diner with high ceiling. Close to local bars and restaurants as well as bus stops and tube station. Comms and information from owners is first class. Would highly recommend.

Place is really nice and cosy. Bedrooms are quite spacious. Own garden to smoke which was great. Everything that we needed was there. Definitely would recommend this place.
