I have a nice twin size futon if additional bed is needed.
No smoking, no pets, no extra overnight guests
Please try to turn off lights when not in use.
Keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm. Old creaky house so being soft is nice.. We are located in a residential area.

RELAX & ENJOY your stay!
Charles is a remarkable host. The apartment was beautiful. He was extremely accommodating and runs his rooms like 5 star hotels. I would absolutely go back the next time I'm in Jacksonville!
What a great spot! Just a brief walk to the beach, this calm, welcoming room had everything we needed to relax and enjoy some time away from the cold North. We would recommend and gladly stay again. Thanks!
The listing was true to the pictures. Richard was a nice host and very helpful. I would highly recommend this property for a nice getaway.
Charles was really accommodating, he communicated with us prior to arrival, met us and saved us a parking space, had a bottle of wine for us, the heat was on, since the evening was chilly and we had everything we needed. The apartment was clean and exactly as shown in the photographs.
The apartment was as described and very charming. We didn't get the chance to meet Charles, but he was always quick to respond to my messages. The neighborhood was quiet with not a whole lot going on in terms of restaurants, but there's a bunch both to the north and south of the area. The beach was beautiful and only two blocks away.
Charles offers a very spacious and beach-convenient house. The location is just blocks from the beach and very close to my favorite Jax Beach restaurants. Charles was easy to reach during my stay.
Charles was accommodating in letting me enter the apartment at my convenience. Unfortunately we didn't have the opportunity to meet formally but I enjoyed my short stay at his quaint apartment. The walls are a little thin but while I was there the noise was minimal. I really liked that I could walk to the beach and to Starbucks for my morning coffee.
