Guests love this home’s scenic location.
This private, romantic house is the perfect getaway for couples. Constructed in 2017, this two story house is set in the backdrop of the Tennessee River gorge. Oversized glass windows on both floors provide breathtaking view of the river and surrounding mountains. Just 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga and five minutes from kayak and stand up paddle boarding rentals as well as hiking trails. Please only those 21 and up. Please note the house is up in a hill, the driveway is steep.

The space
Nestled at the foot of Signal Mtn, this house is set for comfort and tranquility.

We commit to your safety and ours, every knob, button and remote will be sanitized each time we clean the house after a guest.

Guest access
Guests can access the entire house and walk around the property as they wish.
Please keep in mind that the internet service for the entire property comes from the router and boxes located behind the master bedroom tv, please don’t move nor disconnect

Other things to note
The GPS will take you to 2709 Suck Creek, The Nest is on the same property but has a different entrance. Once on 2709 Suck Creek Ln keep traveling north for about 280 feet then make a sharp right uphill to 2709-B. The concrete driveway is steep and there are 9 stairs to get to the first floor and another 16 stairs to the bedroom. The property does not touch the water.
The bathtub is for one person at the time.
No pets are allowed. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the property.
The house is designed for two (2) people Only. No visitors are allowed, thank you for understanding.
TOILET WARNING!
Human waste and toilet paper ONLY, flushing latex, rubber or any other objects will permanently damage the septic tank pump and lines. $$$$
