Our neighborhood is quiet and near a lovely park that is a short 1 block walk away from the home. We are a very short drive from many local attractions. Access to Bend is quite easy as the home is located on the Southwest side of Redmond with easy access to Hwy 97. From the home to Bend is about a 15 minute drive.
Smith Rock is a close 12 minute drive, Sisters is about 20 minutes, Deschutes County Fair Ground and Expo Center is less than 5 minutes away. Roberts Field Airport is also less than 5 minutes away. Our location is ideal to explore all that Central Oregon has to offer!

I am a high school social studies teacher and my husband, Chris, is an educational assistant within the same district. We have a large home and it's only the two of us, so we decided to begin hosting over 4 years ago!

We love sports (which is reflected in our decoration preference in the rental space) and watch as much as we can!

We are super excited to be Airbnb hosts and sincerely want to do all we can to make our guests comfortable!

I would say our hosting style is 'hands off' in the respect that we want to respect our guests privacy and still provide excellent service. We encourage open communication and have used constructive feedback to continue to improve our business!

During your stay

We offer self check in and unless there are questions or problems, hosts will remain out of the space. From check in to check out there is little to no interaction with guests except through the Airbnb messaging service.

The space is set up for ultimate privacy for both guest and host with totally separate, private, and un-shared living space.

Hosts are available through Airbnb messaging between the hours of 6am and 9pm (these times are mainly for Monday through Friday during the school year with summer vacation and weekends only expanding available hours) and will do everything within our power to make your stay comfortable!
