Large seating sitting/living room, separate TV-viewing area, Pool Table area plus open Chef's Kitchen w/ commercial hood, gas stove, ice-making fridge, stainless dishwasher & butcher block island. There are 3 separate "sleeping areas": one with u-shaped partition and king bed, one with privacy curtain near TV area and queen sofabed, and one beside a wall with little privacy with an additional queen sofabed. There is an enormous Fireplace in Living area visible from main bed also. Bath is large with walk-in shower with rain head, double sinks, toilet & urinal. Also WiFi, I-pod dock, Washer/Dryer IN UNIT (not shared) , hairdryer, iron & ironing board. THIS IS NOT SHOEBOX LIVING BUT BIG FEELING EXPANSIVE SPACE. As an Interest, green roof is installed on the roof of the building (see photo near last). Very private & quiet spot in Jewelry/Knowledge District next to historic stone Brown University Offices & new Brown Medical School, RI hospital, Coro hospital. The neighboring hospital/garage complex has 24-hour manned security guards so neighborhood is quiet and more safe. Very easy I-195 & I-95 north & south access. Ample parking for 2 cars is provided in the courtyard/parking area. The MINIMUM stay is now 2 days; weekdays are a bit less expensive. ALL HOLIDAY WEEKENDS ARE MINIMUM 3 NIGHTS.

- OCCUPANCY BY MORE THAN 6 PEOPLE AT ANY ONE TIME FOR ANY REASON AND EVENTS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN WITHOUT OWNER'S SPECIFIC CONSENT. ABSOLUTELY NO ONE IS ALLOWED AFTER 11PM IF THEY ARE NOT GUESTS REGISTERED WITH OWNER TO STAY THERE OVERNIGHT. ANY VIOLATION OF THE ABOVE, PARTICULARLY ANY UNAUTHORIZED PARTIES OR GATHERINGS, WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL PARTY FEES OF NOT LESS THAN $1,000, IMMEDIATE EVICTION, FORFEITURE OF ANY REMAINING RENTAL FEES PLUS FORFEITURE OF DEPOSIT.
- There are neighboring spaces whose occupants must be respected in terms of noise, music, etc.
- Parking is limited to 2 vehicles.
- No daily housekeeping is provided.
- No fireworks of any kind.
- Not responsible for Guest's contents. - Check-in is after 3pm first day of rental. CHECK OUT IS STRICTLY 12:00 Noon.
