The house can sleep up to 12 and is the perfect retreat to reconnect with friends and family, with the best of Palm Springs nearby.

The space
psCrescent is a classic mid-century modern home renovated to perfection. The home was part of the 2012 Modernism home tour, and was a Featured Home on the 2013 Modernism tour.

Per new Palm Springs Vacation rentals laws the maximum guests allowed are 12 (Adults, kids, babies) + 2 additional kids under 12 years.

We are NOT a party house and do not accept bookings for bachelor/bachelorette party/event weekends.

6 bedroom, 5 bath, almost 4000 square foot home on a private half-acre lot. Located in the Las Palmas neighborhood of Palm Springs, often described as the 'Beverly Hills of Palm Springs'. We are dog friendly and within walking distance to downtown coffee shops, restaurants and much more.

You enter the property thru a walled and gated entry for complete privacy. The front door is a single pane of clear glass that pivots open into the entryway. Marble terrazzo floors, 12' high textured wall with LED up-lighting, Poulsen Artichoke pendant lamp and a very unique art-piece welcomes you into the house.

As you move towards the Great-room the first wing of bedrooms is to your right. Ahead of you is a floor to ceiling fireplace, 70' HDTV and a spectacular 6' sputnik lamp. As you enter the Great-room the first thing you see is the spectacular mountain views thru the three 12' glass sliding doors. Open the doors to create the ultimate in indoor/outdoor living.

In the 40' Great-room you find three custom designed lounge/seating zones and a dining area for up to 12. The kitchen is open to the great-room allowing complete interaction with friends and family no matter where you are in the rooms. True open concept living at its best.

70' LED 1080p HDTV, Spectrum Cable, Chromecast, Apple TV, Bluetooth with THX 5.1 Surround Sound. Internet Connected TV with FREE house NetFlix account. WIFI connected Apple TV with iTunes Airplay. Hidden color-changing LED mood lighting with remote control.

Super fast WIFI will easily handle large parties and allow you to connect anywhere on the property. Video Doorbell and security system. State-of-the-art Ecobee 4 zone heating and cooling system. Built-in USB wall-chargers in main areas, bring your own adapter.

POOL/SPA:
The first thing you'll notice is the spectacular unobstructed mountain views from everywhere in the pool and outdoor area. You feel like you can reach out and touch them! A fully walled and hedged perimeter gives you complete privacy making you feel like there is no one else around.

Slide open the 3 glass panel walls to merge the indoor and outdoor lifestyle. The Great-room blends seamlessly with the terrazzo tiled loggia to create one huge living environment. On the loggia is an fully equipped outdoor kitchen and grill, outdoor dining for up to 12 and plenty of space to hang out and enjoy.

The 50' saltwater pool features a stunning mountain view, a hand plastered ultra smooth finish, 3 fountain jets, built-in seating and tanning shelves. The perfect place to relax and enjoy.

A 12-person spa overflows into the pool creating a beautiful waterfall effect. A perfect place to relax in the evening while watching the stars.

On the far side of the pool are 3 queen-size outdoor lounge beds. The perfect place to curl up for an afternoon nap, read a book, watch the kids play in the pool or to get some sun. It's like having your own private resort! In addition there is a raised tanning area with chaise lounges for additional seating or a change of pace.

The east wing of the house face the pool/mountain views and features a covered veranda with plenty of seating. A great place to get out of the sun. Outdoor plugs and WIFI are available so bring your iPad or laptop if you need to catch up with the rest of the world. Built-in outdoor heaters keep the things toasty in the evenings if it gets chilly.

KITCHENS:
Stunning gourmet main kitchen. Italian Carrara marble counters and island. Macassar ebony and white lacquer cabinets. 6 Burner Viking gas range. Bosch dual ovens. 66' Viking Fridge/Freezer. Dual sinks with Grohe faucets. Dual dishwashers. Fully stocked cookware, bakeware, cutlery, dinnerware, Dualit and KitchenAid small appliances ...you name it!

Secondary/catering kitchen features Italian Carrara marble counters, KitchenAid stainless fridge and dishwasher, commercial ice maker that produces 250 lbs. ice per day. Pass thru window to outdoor kitchen.

Outdoor kitchen features Italian Carrara marble counters, stainless cabinets, huge built-in Weber gas grill, Franke sink with Hansgrohe faucet, outdoor/pool glassware and 3 seat bar.

Bedroom 6 kitchenette features Italian Carrara marble counters over grey lacquer cabinets. Franke sink with Grohe faucet, Fridge/Freezer and dishwasher.

BEDROOMS:
All bedrooms feature 1080p LED HDTV's, Spectrum Cable and house Netflix account. Super fast whole house WIFI allows you to connect anywhere on the property.

The first 4 bedrooms are located in the main house, 3 feature queen size beds and one King. Each of the 4 bedrooms have their own private patios, HDTV, 100% cotton sheets and more. Bedroom #1 has its own full bath and private outdoor shower.

The 5th and 6th bedrooms are in the East wing of the house, offering a little more privacy but still a part of the fun. Each features King size beds, private bathrooms, HDTV, 100% cotton sheets and more. Bedroom #5, in addition to a king size bed, has two sofas that convert to full size beds. Perfect for kids under 12. Bedroom #6 has its own private patio and a private outdoor shower.

BATHS:
There are 5 bathrooms plus two outdoor showers. All feature floor to ceiling Italian Carrara marble with feature walls of hand-made Heath tile. Dornbracht faucets, Duravit vanities/toilets/tub, Grohe rain-head shower panels...all the very best available. All bathrooms feature no thresh-hold walk-in showers for easy access.

We own and manage only our own homes, you are working directly with the owners. We take great care in our properties and it shows. From initial inquiry, thru booking, arrival and departure we will personally take care of you. That means quick response to all questions, a personal meet-n-greet with home tour and 24/7 support during your stay. We are always just a text or phone call away. While we do not offer additional services such as private chef, caterers, event planning, etc. we are happy to provide suggestions and references to great local resources. It is our goal to make your stay with us a memorable experience and to have you coming back to stay with us again.

Palm Springs Vacation Rental Home Ordinance #1918:
New laws that apply to all Palm Springs vacation rental homes.

• Complete ban on all outdoor music and amplified sound. There can never be any outdoor music heard from outside the residence.
• Outdoor “Quiet Time” between 10pm to 10am.
• Overnight guests limit = 12 (Adults, kids, babies) + up to an additional 2 children under 12.
• No more than 6 total cars may be parked on, or in front of, the property.
• Trash must be disposed of in provided receptacles and cannot be visible from the street.
• All stays require a separate and signed rental agreement. (Online signatures via DocuSign)
• Primary renter must be at least 30 years old.
• Government issued photo ID must be provided by primary renter.
• All adult guests must sign the city of Palm Springs “Rules and Regulations” sheet agreeing to abide by all local Vacation Rental laws.

The city of Palm Springs now has “Vacation Rental Compliance Officers” to patrol and monitor all vacation rental homes. Any violation of the above laws the city will issue you a $500 ticket. Any guest receiving a citation from the city for illegal outdoor music will be asked to leave with no refund.

When in doubt please ask us for clarification on any issue.

Please Note:
• Nightly rates do not include $450.00 cleaning fee, optional pool heat of $89/day, $500 refundable noise/security deposit and 12.5% Palm Springs City tax.
• Check-in 3pm-5pm, Check-out 10am. Early check-in, late check-out may be available for an additional fee.
• No Smoking in house.
• Dog(s) are accepted but only with prior consideration and must be pre-approved.
• House is not child proof; the pool is not separated from the house, may not be suitable for small children
• Any commercial photography or filming requires pre-approval and additional fees.
• Outdoor/Front of house security cameras, Ring Video doorbells and NoiseAware sensors are present on the property.

Cancellation Policy:
• 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date
• No refund will be given for early departures.
• Special event weekends and holidays (Christmas/New Years, Thanksgiving, Coachella, etc.) and long-term rentals (stays 28 nights or more), will receive no refunds unless we are able to re-rent at equal value.
