The space
Soft morning light filters through tall Victorian windows as you step into a calm perch above Noe Valley. From the decks and garden, shifting fog and glimpses of the Bay create a sense of quiet distance from the city while keeping its energy close at hand. Early spring's crisp air invites you to linger outdoors in short moments, then return inside to the warmth of inviting living spaces.

Living spaces
High ceilings, period details, and hardwood floors offer a sense of openness and comfort suited to slow mornings or relaxed evenings after exploring nearby streets. Natural light fills the rooms, and heating keeps the home pleasant during San Francisco’s cooler months. The layout provides space to unwind and reset while staying connected to neighborhood life.

Sleeping arrangements
The vaulted primary bedroom provides a peaceful retreat with an en-suite bathroom and shower. French doors open to a large private deck furnished with Adirondack chairs, giving you a quiet place to take in Bay and city skyline views or step out for fresh air. The second bedroom features two twin beds, an en-suite sink, and ample storage. A second full bathroom on the lower level includes a claw-foot tub with a shower. All beds include European Sleepworks mattresses and quality linens.

Kitchen and dining
A fully renovated kitchen opens directly onto a deck that frames the skyline. The space is designed for everyday cooking, with the essentials for preparing meals before heading out to explore. A dining area sits alongside the kitchen, offering a comfortable spot for breakfast or dinner brought in from nearby 24th Street.

Outdoor living
Two decks extend the interior into the open air, providing vantage points for watching shifting clouds or the city brighten through the day. The fully fenced private backyard garden includes flowering plants and a Meyer lemon tree, offering a quiet green space for a moment of fresh air when the weather allows. Outdoor furniture makes it easy to enjoy the setting.

Amenities and access
The home includes Wifi, a dedicated workspace, a washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, and self check-in via keypad. A private entrance and free street parking add convenience. Exterior security cameras are placed near the front door, and safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

Neighborhood
Three blocks from 24th Street, the location places you close to cafés, specialty shops, groceries, and public transportation. A park with basketball courts, tennis courts, and a playground sits across the street, while the trails of Glen Park Canyon are within reach for brisk early spring walks. The Castro, the Mission District, Golden Gate Park, and downtown are all accessible.

Perfect for
A well-suited stay for couples, friends, or small families, this entire home pairs classic architecture with outdoor space and a calm Noe Valley setting, offering an inviting base for experiencing San Francisco year-round.

Guest access
The entire home is yours — enjoy complete privacy and all the space, indoors and out.

There is a downstairs suite (separate entrance) usually occupied by the host.

Other things to note
::NO TV:: There’s no television in the unit — a great excuse to unplug and enjoy the views, conversation, or a good book.

::STREET CLEANING:: takes place every two weeks, so please be sure to check posted signs to avoid tickets.

::WINDOWS:: The windows in the twin bedroom do not open due to past neighborhood noise concerns from guests, but we provide a fan to keep the room comfortable.

::OLD HOME:: The home was built in 1906, so you may notice a few charming quirks that come with a classic San Francisco property. One quirk is the internal stairs to the bedrooms, they are very shallow and slightly steep.

::NEIGHBORS:: There is a small in-law unit on the property where I stay when I’m not upstairs. Occasionally, friends may visit and stay in that space. Your unit remains private, with your own private entry, though you may see us coming and going. The backyard is shared.

We’re located on a hill — not steep by San Francisco standards, but it is a hill! The upside is sweeping 180° views and an outdoor deck that’s one of the best spots in the city to take them in.
