The Space

Please make sure to check all three of my listings for availability.

This apartment is totaly independant and not shared with anyone.

This apartment does not have a garden.

It is easier and faster to commute into the City from Union City than commuting from Brooklyn or Queens.

If you were to stay in the Bronx it would take you 40 min to get to Times Square. If you were to Stay in Brooklyn it would take you the same amount of time as subways in Brooklyn are not direct. If you were to stay in Manhattan you would not find a place as big as this one for this price.

LOCAL TRANSPORTATION:
The apartment is located within a 3-min walk to a bus stop the bus will take you to Times Square district in approximately 15 minutes (Important: Bus to Times Square costs $3.20 each way and bus tickets cannot be used for subway) NJ transit bus tickets cost $27 for 10 one way tickets. The bus will take you to Port Authority 42nd St subway station (lines A, C, E). This station is a central subway hub and you can easily walk to lines 1, 2, 3, 7, N, Q and R. (Important: Subway tickets cost $2.5 per ride but you can buy 7-days unlimited pass at $29).
I do not recommend buying the unlimited pass as Port Authority is central and you can walk to all major tourist attractions.

It will take you 15 minutes to be directly in Times Square!!! in the comfort of a bus.

We are Located in Union City, New Jersey(away from Manhattan's noisy streets) with bus stop 3 blocks from the house.

5 minutes drive to Hoboken a cute little town with trendy restaurants.

Pets are welcome.

  • I stayed at the NJ location which was amazing. Not to far walking distance to Hoboken and a quick bus ride to Manhattan if needed. Walking down to the peir and taking the ferry was just as easy. The house was everything we needed. Clean beds, a/c, full kitchen, TV, and towels. Friendly and knowledgeable host upstairs who provided lots of little things to help get us by. Highly recommend this place to stay

  • Apartment was just as described. Perfect for our family of 4. Our 2 yr old daughter was able to have room to run around. Felt like home away from home.

  • The apartment is spacious, which is a great thing for a family. You can find some decent grocery stores around. From the apartment, you can take a bus straight to the Port Authority. During the week, the bus comes in every 15 minutes so it's quite convenient. One negative thing is that because the apartment is in NJ area, it takes a long time to get back during the peak times as people leaving from/to work. During peak time, it took us 45 minutes to get back, while during regular times, it took 20 minutes.

Miyoko is a very nice person, and I had a pleasant interaction with her. She gives you plenty of towels and other stuffs to make your stay great.

  • We had a lovely stay in Vilma's spacious, garden level apartment. The apartment was spotless and had plenty of bedding and towels. The hostess was very sweet and accommodating. Easy street parking and an easy bus trip into the city. I would stay here again!

  • We were 4 to travel to NYC. Our stay was great: you are one bus ride away from Port Authority (inside NYC) and in a calm neighborhood. The host was really available for us, providing great guidance regarding how to get there. The accessibility and the price of this apartment makes it an awesome deal!
