There is also a market every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month. Our neighbourhood is quiet and and surrounded by national park with amazing walking paths. Great for bicycle enthusiasts as well.
Peregian Beach is a half-hour walk along the beach and the bus stop and bike paths are very close by.

Only a few minutes walk away from beautiful Marcus Beach. There are plenty of walking trails in the dunes of the national park just down the street. Close to Noosa and even closer to Peregian Beach. Brisbane is only an hour and a half away.
The bus to Noosa is very close to our house.

We are dog-friendly. Smoking is permitted outside only.
This is a very lovely place to stay. Our hosts were very welcoming and friendly. We got to pick fresh herbs and vegetables from their garden for our breakfast and the place was clean. In a quiet neighbourhood and very close to a stunning beach, this place is perfect for anyone who needs a getaway.
Our first airbnb experience and we had a great time at Bruce and Irene's place. Location is near the beach and national park. Added bonus was the Fresh eggs left for us, surf board, bougie board and shade which we took the two days we at the beach. Thank you so much.
We had a wonderful time at the Little farm by the Sea. Bruce and Irene made us feel really welcome, and provided us with everything we needed during our stay. Our daughter loved feeding, and collecting eggs from the chickens every morning; and my husband loved collecting ingredients for our dinner from the garden every evening. We were particularly delighted with the honey we were given from their bee hive - I've never tasted anything like it!
It was easy to get around by car, and there was loads to do locally. The pool was great - particularly as there was a heatwave during our stay.
We had a lovely 5 night stay at The Little Farm by the Sea. We were greeted by Irene who walked us around the property including the lovely garden full of fruit, veg and herbs which we were encouraged to use as we pleased. We were also shown the chicken coop and went out to collect eggs every day and say hi to the chooks! The pool was perfect on the hot days (every day!) and there was plenty of room for all 5 of us (one a baby) The apartment was nicely presented and clean. Bruce and Irene were both very hospitable and happy to chat about their garden and really helpful if we had any questions. The beach was literally a 5 minute walk and beautiful.
We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to going back!
We were met by a friend of the hosts as they were away - Sam. Sam was lovely and even did some babysitting for us, our girls loved it and their little adventure to the beach with the puppy dogs. We enjoyed the area of Perugian Beach nearby. Irene and Bruce were helpful and friendly, making our stay very comfortable.
If you have a car and want to stay away from the main touristy areas of the sunshine coast, then this is perfect. The apartment is attached to the house but you have full privacy. It's quiet and relaxing - a short walk to Marcus Beach and a 10 minute drive to Noosa. We didn't meet Bruce and Irene but their friend Sam still greeted us and made us feel welcome. We appreciated the fresh eggs, the new bathroom and access to any herbs we wanted in the garden, as well as being able to use their surfboards!
There is not much to add to the previous reviews. We also enjoyed our stay very much but unfortunately did'n't get to meet Irene and Bruce as we would have loved to pick their brains on permaculture and gardening. Ah well, maybe next time! :) Great location, very quiet and beautiful Marcus Beach less than 5mins walk away. Aircon in the bedroom would be an improvement, it does get a bit hot in summer. Yet, fabulous value for money, especially during peak holiday seasons. Be prepared to encounter wildlife in the garden - we spotted a baby bush turkey and a huge monitor lizard. Two thumbs up!!
We have hosted many Air bnb guests and have always enjoyed the experience. We have recently renovated the downstairs of our home to offer a more private space to comfortably accommodate guests. Bruce is true Aussie and Irene, who was born in the Netherlands, emigrated from Canada 20 years ago. We love our beach, our dogs, our chickens and growing our own food. We are friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about our corner of paradise.
