Interaction with guests
Me and my family are very friendly laid back people. We have a passion for hosting guests and do our best to make your experience a great one in our city.
It is common for us to interact with guests but are sensitive to your privacy. We are here to help you feel comfortable and at home.
Restaurants, shopping, and bars are all over the place in our neighborhood. It's VERY close to the beach and yet it's really calm. Going South it's a nice stroll (15 to 20 minutes) on the beach to reach the downtown area!
If you decide to stroll north opposite you will reach a beautiful nature path and protected forest that goes to another nearby beach, certainly one of the nicest things to do in Balneário Camboriú.
From the local bus station you catch the bus 105, it will drop you off in front of the beach, only half a block away from the apartment. Although you should know that this bus runs every 50 minutes only, so you may have to wait for a LONG time before you are able to catch it.
There's a tourist bus called 'Bondindinho' that goes along the coast of Balneário. It's a practical way of going from one end of the beach to the other.
Other things to note
We are friendly and open to all people and not tolerant of any forms of discrimination.
We offer a smoke free environment, but you're free to smoke in the front of the building.
For the safety and comfort of our guests please:
•Don't use drugs on the premises
•Wash your dishes after use, mom isn't here!
•If you plan to have friends over please let me know beforehand.
•If you plan to do some cooking I have often had potluck meals with my guests.
•Be careful with the furniture.
•Hang up your towels and don't leave your stuff lying around common areas of the house since you will likely be sharing it with other guests.

In addition to love for music, I enjoy riding bike, sleeping, beer, and teaching and learning.
