This incredible intimate and comfortable Loft apartment, in a typical Lisbon XIX Century building with no elevator is located in a street that corners with Rua da Bica. Offering a very warm atmosphere. It boasts a very inviting terrace with views over a charming and typical Lisbon street. It offers a living and dinning area, a kitchenette, a mosaic and white marble bathroom with a comfortable shower enclosure, and a bedroom space. The Loft has 3 tall windows that open to the terrace.
The space
This very bright Loft apartment (4th floor with no elevator) offers a very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The plan consists on an open concept, with two areas very well defined:
The living and dinning areas with two tall french doors that open to the terrace and the bedroom partially detached by a built in screen, with another tall french door opening to the terrace. The bedroom space is very neutral in tones and offers a calm and comfortable environment. The fully equipped, although small, kitchenette is located by the entrance.
The only fully separate spaces are the mosaic, white marble and mirror bathroom and the terrace that opens to the main floor plan with three tall french doors.
We paid particular attention to comfort and simpleness throughout this project, with specific attention to:
Walls and ceiling:
Natural straw wallpaper, and wooden painted ceilings and walls.
Bed:
Mattress, under mattress and top mattress are Coco-Mat.
Fabrics:
Only full cotton or full linen fabrics throughout
Silverware:
Cutipol, a Leading Portuguese brand
Tableware:
Costa Nova, a Leading Portuguese brand
Linens by:
Sampedro, another Leading Portuguese brand

Portuguese design and history enthusiast that lived and studied abroad for a while. I really enjoy reading, travelling and history. Our apartments were designed in a way, that You feel You are in a XXI century apartment but at the same time, the history, materials and structure were maintained. I have a crush on designing and developing spaces, so creating these apartments from scratch was a really great challenge, experience and project. I am really sure You will enjoy them!
