Modern, spacious and bright, three-story house in a private development in Costa Ballena overlooking the pool. The house consists of a large garage space with capacity for two vehicles, a private outdoor garden patio of 25 m2 and solarium on the third floor. It is located approx. 5 min from the beach walking along the Paseo del Lago de Costa Ballena, very nice, no road.
