The space

Guest access
The guests will have access to a full kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and pots and pans equipped for just about anything.

Guests may use the clothes line in the small inclosed courtyard for drying clothes ..Rosario can show you how to run washer and dryer if necessary there is a laundry mat just down the street with same day service and very cheap.

Other things to note
There is filtered water at the kitchen sink in small spigot on the right. Bottled water in the iron holder is available for purchase by Ciel when they deliver in the neighborhood. Rosario can help you secure one. Usually 50 pesos I believe.

My maid Rosario comes MWF to clean and tend plants and do the laundry. You can stay or leave but do not cancel her. She will work around you and is the most honest person in the world. She certainly appreciates a tip.
There is a parking space connected to the building...we have 3 spaces with 4-5 units so it is definitely first come first serve but often available.
