Sandy’s first and only Tiny House! Located just one mile from Hwy 26, this unique tiny home sits on 23 acres, offering a peaceful, private setting with easy access to Mt. Hood adventures. The tiny house has its own space and stunning Mt. Hood views, with our main home visible but not impacting your privacy. Designed around a custom moving window wall system, it opens fully to the outdoors, bringing the mountain right into your stay for unforgettable sunrises, sunsets, and true Mt. Hood magic.
The space
This is the first and only Tiny House in the Sandy area, offering a truly one-of-a-kind cabin experience. The home features natural cedar siding, reclaimed hardwood floors and doors, live-edge counters, and beautiful craftsman handiwork throughout. It was thoughtfully designed around a custom moving window wall system that fully opens to the outdoors, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience and framing stunning Mt. Hood views. There is truly no place like it.
The tiny house is set about 100 yards from our main home. While our home may be visible, we do not have a direct view of the tiny house, allowing you to enjoy your own private, uninterrupted space surrounded by nature.
This space has become a favorite for couples and special getaways. With breathtaking Mt. Hood views, unforgettable sunrises and sunsets, and a peaceful, intimate setting, it’s no surprise that several guests have chosen this spot to get engaged. Whether you’re celebrating something special or simply escaping together, it’s a place that feels meaningful and memorable.
The home is intentionally TV-free, encouraging guests to unplug, reconnect, and fully take in the experience.
We do have a dog on the property, but he does not have access near the tiny house. He’s an excellent watchdog and may bark occasionally as he keeps wildlife at bay, just part of life in a quiet, rural setting.
Guest access
Guests have full use of the tiny house and are welcome to enjoy the outdoor area immediately surrounding the front of the home. Please note the property is naturally sloped, so outdoor space is limited and not ideal for yard activities. Wildlife is commonly seen in the area, including cats, bunnies, deer, and coyotes, adding to the peaceful, rural setting.

Neighborhood highlights
This beautiful tiny house is located in Sandy city limits with restaurants and stores nearby, but on a remote 23 acres. 30 minutes from Mt. Hood and skiing. 10 minutes from world class hiking/mountain biking. Also only 40 minutes to downtown Portland and PDX airport. The perfect in between location for outdoorsy adventure and city glam! We live just a mile off highway 26 but at the end of a short private road out on a bluff. It is very remote and extremely quite!!!
