apt 29 consists of a selection of 3 beautiful, 1 bedroom apartments (from Ground - 1st floor).

The apartments come with an open plan layout - kitchen, dining area for up to 4 and a living room with a TV (freeview channels), DVD player and a good sized one bedroom with windows.

Apartments are fully-fitted Miele Kitchen, modern 3 piece bathroom (WC, Sink, Bath) and have free Wifi. It has timber flooring in main areas and carpet in the master bedroom.

Space is perfect for up to 4 guests (1 double beds + 1 double air mattress - soon to be upgraded to double sofa beds*). Fresh towels, linens and beddings, toilet paper (first roll) and some toiletries are provided.

Stylish 1 bedroom, flat 2 mins' from Earls Court tube, 4 mins from Gloucester Rd tube. Located on the Piccadilly line, this flat is super convenient to Knightsbridge, Soho, and all the sights of London. Direct underground link to Heathrow (NO CHANGE) on Piccadilly line.

Kensington & Chelsea is one of the most attractive areas of London. It is the home to several major museums such as Natural History museum and Science museum.

The famous department stores Harrods, Peter Jones and Harvey Nichols are also located in Kensington. Hyde Park is a short walk away, and if you walk through the park you will reach Oxford Street, the most famous shopping street in London. Most attractions of London are within easy reach, such as Big Ben, Buckingham Palace and Piccadilly Circus.

There are plenty of bars, and especially King’s Road is known for its many bars, restaurants and clubs. Notting Hill is only a short journey away where you can enjoy lots of small shops, trendy cafés and bars and the exciting Portobello Market.

There are plenty of tube stations in the area that will take you wherever you want to go in London. If you want to enjoy the extensive night life London has to offer, there are also plenty of buses and night buses running 24/7 from all directions in London.

  • I booked this apartment as I particularly wanted the property in the photos which is elevated with a balcony. It turns out that the host owns numerous properties at this address and they are now managed by a letting company. So upon arrival we were disappointed to be allocated a small ground floor apartment. We needed to have the curtains closed all day or people on the street could see right into the lounge room. I complained to the management company and the host but there was nothing avail for us to move to and the apartment featured on this profile was already occupied. Imaan our host eventually provided us with a generous partial refund and she was quiet apologetic - our only reason for booking this property was for the elevation and balcony. The apartments were clean and comfortable and in an excellent location but just don't expect to be allocated a particular apartment. Thank you to the airbnb staff who took our case to the host and were a real support

  • It was two perfect weeks! Perfect location, close to a great neighborhood full of markets with everything you need, and good places to eat.
    The apartment was very clean, with clean sheets and towels, the bed and sofa-bed very comfortable.
    Wifi worked everyday.
    The only problem we had was with the shower. There was only cold water for a week and the problem wasn't solved. But they offered us 10% discount for that week with cold water.
    Besides that, everything went great. Great staff, always ready to help.
    We had such a wonderful time, and for sure we would love to stay again.

  • I stayed for four days in Apt 4, 29 Collingham Place.

    Pros:
    Excellent location. Earl's Court was well placed for us to go to all the major attractions in London. There's a Sainsbury supermarket and small cafes/pubs near the area to eat at.
    Cost very reasonable for London compared to the hotels.
    Reasonably spacious: can accommodate a family of 4 with a queen bed and a double sofa bed.
    Kitchenette where we could cook food. There was a washer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, bread toaster and iron. Basic facilities but serviceable.
    TV was ok. Wifi worked fine with a good signal.
    A lady comes in to make the beds and empty the trash every day.
    Excellent service support. We tried to use the iron one evening and it might have been faulty because the power tripped. On calling the number provided at 9pm, Salman came over to fix our fuse box and provide us with a new iron. He explained that it might be better to use a socket with double outlets rather than the weaker single one for the light.

    Cons:
    Apartment was a little hard to find at first as it looks very nondescript. However, Saheel was there to welcome us in.
    Apartment looks smaller than the pictures taken with wide angle photography as mentioned.
    They need to photograph your passport and credit card which is understandable to protect them but a bit of a security concern.
    The place is not as new as it looks in the pictures, the tiles are a little creaky. The bathroom sink tends to clog and daily cleaning service is not provided. The floor mat gets a little icky after a while. No changes of towel although they told us we could wash the towels which is a bit hard if you're out and have no time to dry. It might be helpful if they provided two sets per person.
    The hot water boiler has limited heating capacity and needs some time to recharge between baths. It's all right if you use a lower flow but don't expect long hot baths.
    We were told we could have an early check-in/ late check-out if the apartment is vacant and available but it is not really possible as the cleaning lady comes at fixed times every day to do the cleaning even if the previous guest had left a little earlier or if there was no one staying the next day. We could leave our things unattended in the apartment lobby in the meantime though.

    As mentioned by someone, the alley outside the bedroom is where garbage is being stored, therefore you do get some noise every morning with the garbage being removed by workers.

    All in all, we had a good stay in London being able to live like the locals for a reasonable price with reasonable amenities. You will be disappointed if you expect a professional guest-house but I would still recommend this apartment.

  • Great location on the Piccadilly line and an easy walk from earls court station. Very clean and fresh and hosts imaan and bobby were very responsive to all questions. Definitely would recommend staying here and will gladly do so when returning to London in the future.

  • Imaan and the staff are very attentive, they made sure that I had arrived and checked in. Christina helped us checked in and she is very helpful and wonderful !

    This apartment is at a great location. Only 2 minutes walk to Ear's station and from there you can go almost anywhere in London. There are several grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurant and bars close to the station. Apartment is spacious, I slept on the sofabed which is comfortable while my wife and 9 year son in the bed room. We all get good rest at night.

    We did laundry everyday but the washer does not have dryer function, or maybe I don't know how to turn it on. But there is clothes rack in the closet which we put the clothes on and they all dried out overnight if you turn the heater on. Wifi works fine.

    We have to check out early around 6:30 am, so the staff just come the night before even we were not there and dropped off my deposit which is very nice and convenient for us. The door and main entrance are code locked. So we can just leave without have to worry about returning key or anything.

    Overall it's a very nice place to stay in London. I will come and stay here next time.

  • Flat #4 second floor front, 1 bedroom, 10 days at the end of March. First time in London and the location was perfect - a SHORT walk to Earl's Court tube station, and local shops. Very comfortable and the only issue (toaster) was promptly corrected. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

  • My husband and I stayed here for total of 12 days, and we really enjoyed our stay. It was a very nice apartment, very elegantly decorated, and with plenty of closet, cabinet, and drawer spaces--that's a big plus! The WiFi worked very well, and we were happy to be able to do some laundry. Before our arrival, we had a bit of mix-up with the rental agreement, something we had to sign and send back, which we never had to do with our other airbnb places, and I had trouble receiving the attachment. But it all got sorted out in time. We actually never met Imaan nor Bobby, but Salman met us there and handled check-in and check-out, and he was very helpful and accessible, whenever we had any questions (question, such as how to de-lock the electric hob). All in all, we had a very nice stay, and we loved living like the locals and not stuck in a hotel. If we are back to London again, we'd love to come back.

  • the flat was very comfortable and excellent location. we had an issue with the fridge, but they were quick to react and fix. overall a good place to stay if you want a central location. floor heating makes it tricky if you have a baby sleeping too close to the floor in a crib.

  • The place was exactly as it presented on the airbnb site. It was clean, wifi worked smoothly. The location was really great, close to a central undergraunde station and close to a supermarket. Imman and Bobby were very kind and ready to make our check in/out easy-going for both sides.

  • The apartment is in a great location. The Earl's Court station makes it easy to get to the airport and all the tourist sites with one train. It's also a relatively short walk to Hyde Park and there's a supermarket right around the corner.

    Check in/out went smoothly, and the apartment is just as pictured. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was hot and spacious.

    Even though there were three wifi networks, we couldn't get any to work for most of our stay. Two don't work with new iPhone/iPads, and the other is a cheap router that needs to be reset often. However, those routers are in a separate apartment so you have to go bother the person staying there to reset it, which we didn't want to do. When it did start working on our last day, it was a little slow.

    The kitchen looks great, but it takes upper body strength to keep the cabinet doors open, and the stovetop is hard to use. The fridge kept beeping with an alarm and we couldn't figure out why -- it was fully closed. The heated floors kept getting much hotter than the thermostat should've allowed, so we had to switch them off. The shower ran out of water after just two normal showers -- it needs a lower-flow shower head or a larger tank.

    I would probably stay here again if the wifi was made more reliable.
