This is a beautiful, sunny upstairs apartment with a balcony, where you can enjoy the afternoon breeze. The apartment is full of natural light, giving it a serene feeling when you enter it.
It is located in one of the friendliest and most walkable neighborhoods of Los Angeles, where you practically don't even need a car. Plenty of cafes and restaurants are at walking distance, as well as the Grove and Farmer's market.
It has a separate dining area off the kitchen and a long hallway down to the bedrooms. There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds, that if needed can be connected to make one king-size bed.
Lots of closets, high ceilings, and hardwood floors in the bedrooms as well.
Very large original art-deco bath with separate shower. This apartment comes with one parking spot.
Please note that all sinks and toilets are in working order. If there is a blockage, you will be responsible for the repair. So please try not to stuff the toilet with toilet paper or feminine products and use the drain protectors for the sinks.
Vert much appreciated :)
We had a great time at LA. The house and the location were both great and very convenient. The flat was very artistic and huge.
Wonderful location, beautiful front garden and balcony. The place was nice. It didn't have cable or a TV in the bedroom as advertised, but Angie reimbursed us. It also had a weird smell. I still recommend staying though.
This sweet little apt. was a real treasure for our family. The location is wonderful, the art is bright, and beds are comfortable. We would love to return in the future. There were multiple issues during our week stay, but Angie helped us, and we tried not to let the small things bother us. Heads up: there are plenty of things in the apt that aren't updated. This is priced right, and not a high end apt. (Many more pros than cons, but be prepared for some rickety furniture and dim lighting.) We would happily return to this second floor, bright vintage apartment!
Neighborhood is good. Parking lot entry is very narrow. Hard to park if you have a big car
As usual, angie' apartment was great. Big, clean, nice and in an excellent area. I always choose angie's properties when I come to LA. She's a fantastic host!
Great location. House had mostly everything we needed. It's not lived in which has its up and downs. Sometimes there are some cooking utensils or spices you wish were lying around. Was more or less perfect for me, and would recommend to most people, but I can see people like my Mum having a few issues with cleanliness etc. If your out and about mostly and consider your traveling style laid back, this is your place.
This apartment is large and spacious and is in a great location. We walked to the park, The Grove, museums, Trader Joe's, great local restaurants, etc. It was easy to get around LA. The art on the walls is fun. In all honesty, the furnishings are a bit worn, and the amenities (towels, linens, cooking utensils, etc.) are spare. But, a decent spot if you want to see LA and won't be home that much.

Hi I am angie, a married mother of four. I love being with my children. I believe that I am hardworking and a reliable person who treats people fairly. I enjoy taking pictures of nature and I pay close attention to the things around me. I cary my camera with me every where I go. I also enjoy to sit back and listen. I am a green person who loves nature and I am sure you can guess that my favorite color is green.
