This is a beautiful, sunny upstairs apartment with a balcony, where you can enjoy the afternoon breeze. The apartment is full of natural light, giving it a serene feeling when you enter it.
It is located in one of the friendliest and most walkable neighborhoods of Los Angeles, where you practically don't even need a car. Plenty of cafes and restaurants are at walking distance, as well as the Grove and Farmer's market.
It has a separate dining area off the kitchen and a long hallway down to the bedrooms. There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds, that if needed can be connected to make one king-size bed.
Lots of closets, high ceilings, and hardwood floors in the bedrooms as well.
Very large original art-deco bath with separate shower. This apartment comes with one parking spot.

Place is very clean and in a fantastic location.
The place is very spacious and the interior is well decorated.
Everything we needed was there.
Only negatives is there is a parking space provided however if you are driving a medium or large size car it is difficult to get in and out of.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.
I used to live a block up the street from this great pad. The location's fantastic and the place is huge. Angie was super easy to work with.
We had a great stay @ Angie's. Really nice and comfortable house with a great atmosphere. Thanks a lot!
The place was spacious and well ventilated. I loved staying here and will do it again if I came to LA.
It's close to almost everywhere and in a quiet neighborhood. Parking spot is available although on my last night there was another car parked in my space.
The only downside is that the house is old and needs renovation but I didn't mind. It adds to the experience.
Great location..if you drive, this place is central to virtually everything. Quiet and safe neighbourhood.
Walk to the Grove and the Farmers Market a breeze.
Communal laundry room a bit confusing at first but not a problem.
This place is in a great location and it’s very easy to walk to the Grove which has just about anything you could need. The apartment is very spacious, but not in great shape (dirty floors / cobwebs / peeling paint). The apartment is also not very insulated from noise in the other 3 units in the building. If the other tenants are loud, you’ll hear it. The unit is decorated in a very polarizing way; you’re either going to love it or hate it. The answer largely depends on whether or not you enjoy a giant Woody Allen face watching you sleep at night. Angie was great and very responsive to emails. No issues with keys / check in, everything went smoothly.
Me and my friends stayed here for three weeks and we really enjoyed our stay. We were four and this apartment was spacious. I think that it could take more people than four. It was clean and ready for us. The neighborhood was fantastic and it's near to the Grove which is a place you have to go. I noticed that Angie is doing some new changes in the house, before leaving. So, I guess lucky people who will come and visit now. I strongly recommend staying here.
We were suppose to stay at one of Angie's other listings but due to a problem, she had us stay at this apartment. Angie was extremely accommodating and making sure we had a place to stay. The apartment was clean overall and the beds etc. were prepared upon arrival. The neighborhood is really cute, quiet and nice. The apartment is super close to a great (natural & organic) grocery store and a great jewish diner called Canter's. We had a great stay and would definitely come back!
The space was very spacious and very clean. I felt right at home after only a day and by the time it was time for me to leave, I actually felt like I would miss the place. I would live here full time.
This property was pretty much what I expected. The price is very good for this location and the style is very nice. It is an older apartments so there are a number of things that are old and perhaps due for a modern upgrade. Think bathrooms etc. But all in all this apartment was well stocked with items we required. Being walking distance to a lovely park and many shops makes this a great spot for the "hard to get around" LA.
