Dixie was a fantastic host. The property was lush, beautiful, peaceful and quiet. We will definitely stay next trip to Houston if she has availability.
We stayed with Dixi for two nights while visiting the remarkable museums of Houston. It was a gorgeous location in a great neighborhood. Not only was the space itself lovely and stocked with all the expected amenities, but Dixi's garden and lap pool provided two exceptional places to start and wind down the days. We would definitely stay here again.
Dixie our wonderful host was great at settling us in, the room was decorated lovely, the art work and atmosphere was a tranquil place.
The neighbourhood was so diverse with interesting properties. Very safe, clean with a lovely restaurant /sports bar just a 10min walk from the apartment.
This was my third time using AirBnb and all I say is it was like a dream come true. We arrived late and there were blue lights and a heavenly scent that guided our path to our room. Staying here was like being in paradise. Beautiful is an understatement when describing the grounds and pool. The fridge was well stocked, and the bed was so comfortable. My spirit was nourished and I left feeling rejuvenated and destressed. It was quiet, peaceful and I felt honored to be a guest at this lovely oasis. Thank you, Dixi for being such a gracious hostess and sharing your tranquil home with us. We loved it!!
The neighborhood was wonderful. Street parking was great. I got in late and the light was on and the key and instructions waiting. Dixi's place was immaculate - perfectly groomed gardens, beautiful pool, almost tropical. The guests were very quite and the entire place was very peaceful. I was amazed. I would stay here over a 5-star hotel any day.
