Is your style more condo or cabin? If you're looking for that sweet mountain getaway, the Little Red Cabin is your place! The LRC is a 60s era fishing cabin with an open floor plan so it feels spacious and light. The kitchen and living area flow together so you and your fellow guests can all enjoy an apres ski (or hike/bike/snowshoe) cocktail. Less than a 5 minute drive or a 10-15 minute walk to Frisco's main street, the LRC is a cozy option for those who want a true mountain vibe.

The space
The LRC sits on a sunny mountain lot and has an open floor plan with two bedrooms plus a futon in the sunroom. With great views of Peak 1 and a gas stove/fireplace, it's a true "mountain" experience.

Cozy and cute, it has a fully stocked kitchen (and an outdoor grill) for all your meals.

There is a tempurpedic mattress in one bedroom and a pillowtop mattress in the other for a great night's sleep, as well as the full size futon. The cabin can sleep up to 5, though 4 might be a bit more comfy with the one bathroom.

Guest access
The cabin is furnished and stocked so guests can use it as they please.

It is important for guests to know they need to follow specific instructions for Covid-19 restrictions currently in place for Summit County and Frisco, including but not limited to ski resort reservations, curfews, restaurant capacity, mask and social distance requirements.

Other things to note
*** As of September 1, 2020 and until further notice, we will only be accepting bookings of two weeks or less. ***

We already run successful Airbnb in Denver. Our townhouse has been an Airbnb property for 8 years, and has 4.9 star reviews. We'll take good care of you in Summit County!

Also, if you are going to have pets at the Cabin, they MUST be pre-approved. We accept doggy guests per the following conditions: maximum of 2 pups per visit. Each dog must be pre-approved and there is a $25/pet per day fee. If dogs are discovered on the property without preapproval, we will charge a $75/pet per day fee. If additional cleaning is required, there will be up to a $150 additional fee for cleaning up after your pet(s). Help us continue to accept dogs as we are dog owners ourselves!

I follow Airbnb’s five-step enhanced cleaning process, which is based on Airbnb’s cleaning handbook that was developed in partnership with experts.

Here are a few highlights:

I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob
I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
I refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room
I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines.

Bill's Ranch was originally a weekend fishing community just a few minutes from downtown Frisco. It is now is a blend of old fishing cabins and newer homes that back up to Miner's Creek with its many trail systems as well as the paved bike path that runs between Breckenridge and Vail.

I have just spent the last several months traveling and volunteering around the world and I want people who stay at LolaPlace to have a great experience during their travels. I grew up in the Midwest, lived in Chicago for several years, and now love the mountains as much as I love all my favorite cities -- San Francisco, Chicago, London, and Aspen, Mt. Kilimanjaro, Conundrum Hot Springs. I believe that travel is the key to understanding different people and different cultures. And I"ve learned that people are fabulous all over the world!
