It is time for you to sink into relaxation as you nestle with your partner in our bed with a 4 ft by 4ft window facing Mt. Elbert and Mt. Massive, Colorado's 2 tallest 14er mountains. You know you deserve it after summiting one of the many 14ers available within a half an hour drive from here. Pop a movie in or watch it on Netflix on our 50 inch flat screen television on our reclinable leather couches. Read a book as you enjoy our natural stone 50 inch fireplace, which runs on natural gas and lights up easily and quickly with a remote. If you love to cook, you will enjoy our top of the line appliances in its full kitchen, with granite countertop and water filtration system. In this massive 1,300 sq ft studio, there is a beautifully tiled bathroom every couple will enjoy. Lastly, with 1,300 sq ft of open space and a 50 ft wrap around deck, you will love hosting an intimate get together with family and friends to celebrate your joyous lives with the views of Sawatch Mountain Range, a brand new Hot Springs Aria Spa Hot Tub, outdoor seatings for 8, and propane gas grill. You will have the entire 2nd floor to yourself. The bottom floor is the garage that is used for storage.

Please park in one lane of the 2-lane driveway. Please look in front of you and you will see a glass door with the NUMBER TWO on the upper right corner. The entire place is YOURS! You will have your own entry way with its own door lock code. You have your own parking lane in the paved driveway that can fit up to 3 cars. You can invite friends over to stay with you or visit you in the rental. You can contact me at any time of the day if you have any problems with anything. I am here to make sure you are in good hands and you have the most MEMORABLE Colorado vacation ever! Honestly, you cannot beat mountain views throughout all the HUGE WINDOWS throughout the ENTIRE RENTAL! Totally worth the extra $25 a night for unlimited views of Mt. Elbert, Mt. Massive and all the other mountains of the Sawatch Range from Minturn all the way down to Buena Vista throughout the ENTIRE VACATION RENTAL. NO OTHER RENTAL OFFERS THIS!
