Lovely place, beautifully decorated. Sheila and Kev were great hosts. We would definitely stay here again next time we're passing through Dublin.
Sheila was a fantastic host! Very welcoming, accommodating - would definitely stay with her again. The listing is in a great location and was very clean, tidy and homely. Thanks Sheila!
Sheila and Kevin were wonderful hosts. They made me feel very welcome and were helpful and attentive during my stay. They were nice enough to prepare a guide for the stay with helpful tips and places to visit. The apartment is beautiful and always clean, just as pictured.
I only stayed there for a few days for a conference, it's the perfect location if you're attending a conference at the Bord Gaìs Energy Theater, and it's just a 10-minute walk to the center of the city and the apartment is located in a quiet part of Dublin.
I would highly recommend them for your next trip to Dublin, they are amazing hosts, I am surely staying there again next time I go to Dublin.
I had a great stay at Sheila and Kevin's place:)
This listing is well equipped. Bed is comfortable and Bathroom will be prepared only for you. The Rooms is same as the picture and well designed. They are so friendly, love music. You can enjoy your trip there, they will always help you for giving information etc.
This time, I stayed there for my business trip, but definitely would go back there when I go to Dublin on my vacation!
Shiela was prompt and nice. Kevin, her husband was staying in the apartment during my trip, so I only had the guest bedroom to myself. There were no rooms in Dublin because of a big conference that was happening at the same time. Anyway, the guest bedroom is functional but is small and cramped. I would not recommend it for a week long stay. But the apartment as a whole is lovely.
Im sorry that you seem disappointed Hareesh. You are the first person to comment in a negative way. Two people have stayed in this room numerous times and never suggested that they felt it was small or cramped. You did also have the bathroom and balcony to yourself and if you let me know that you felt that the room was cramped I would have happily changed the double bed to a single bed for you, making much more space. In our initial emails I did say that the apartment was on a shared basis with my husband and I so that should not have been a surprise. I also said that you were welcome to use the living room, kitchen and other balcony - you chose not too. Maybe you should communicate with your hosts a little more next time to make your stay more enjoyable (to your specific requirements). All the best, Sheila
Sheila's place is just lovely, just as in the pictures!
Very convenient if you are attending a conference at the convention center. Only 5 minutes walk.

My husband and I both live and work in Dublin. It's a great city, packed with things to do. The city seems to be getting more and more vibrant every day with it's thriving tourist, music, business, art and many other scenes. It is a lively spot and there's definitely no shortage of characters to keep you entertained.
