We stayed for four months in the apartment and had a wonderful time. Clinton Hill is a great neighbourhood to stay in, with many nice restaurants, and an easy commute to Manhattan. The apartment is in a brownstone house and has everything you may need. The out door space in the back is an added plus. Erica is a great host, taking care of everything when - or if- needed.
Our stay was really nice! The neighbourhood is super green and charming, a lot of friendly and kind people with a good mood live nearby. The apartment is large and for the two of us, it was perfect. Erica is a very welcoming and helpful host. I can recommend this apartment and Brooklyn in general for every family who want's to enjoy New York.
Erica was great. Always responsive and helpful in a timely manner. The apt was a great space that easily accommodated our party of four. The location was excellent. One night I was able to go pick up a tasty pizza from Luigi's within five minutes. Subway lines and restaurants were also located within easy walking distance. A nice quiet street to stay for the week.
We had a very nice stay at Erica's appartment. The neighborhood is very quiet and charming. Although we never met with Erica, she has been very helpful when needed. The appartment was a little smaller than we had thought (we were 5) but conveniently organized, nicely furnished and very clean. We had a wonderful stay in Brooklyn and NY!
We had some wonderful days in Brooklyn during the spring break. It is a very nice neighbourhood, calm and cosy after a full day of sightseeing and shopping. It is a very nice apartment, and Erica promptly replied on mail og phone, when we had a question.
The subway is close by, and breakfast was handy either at Mike’s Coffee Shop on the corner of Dekalb Av. and St. James Place or at Choice Market on the corner of Lafayette and Grand Av.
I can certainly recommend it for families.
