I stayed with Monique for 3 nights and I really loved how tidy and cosy the room felt, everything was clean, I was sharing a bathroom with a couple that was staying at her place too, but it wasn't a problem at all. Monique is a very nice and welcoming lady, she gave me tips on interesting places to see in Buffalo, she helped me a lot to move around using different kinds of transportation. We had some very nice talks and I loved her coffee! :-) It was my first AirBnB stay on my own and Monique made it a very pleasant experience. I definitely would recommend her as a host if you plan to visit Buffalo or Niagara falls area.
Monique was a very gracious host and her room was exactly as shown and described. With all hotels in the area booked, my friend and I were grateful to have basic, neat, and clean accommodations at a fair price and only a 15-20 minute drive to the Ralph Wilson stadium and to downtown Buffalo. I was pleased with my first Airbnb experience.
Monique did a fantastic job of making her home a comfortable, private place to spend the weekend! A stone's throw from Niagara Falls and Buffalo, she offered many suggestions and great deal of insight about places to go and how to use the public transportation. The bed was VERY comfortable and she prepared coffee and light breakfast options each morning. She was very flexible with our check-in and check-out times, and communicated with ease about the other Airbnb guests staying in the house.
Monique is so nice and warmhearted. She made me feel welcomed. If my trip was not busy，I realy hoped I could talking more with her. The room is cozy and quiet. I'll suggest my friends to live there，if they are going to visit Buffalo. Thanks，Monique.
Moe is a good host and a very caring lady. She welcomed us to her cozy house & made us feel comfortable. She was very helpful in letting us know the area around. The room is good for a couple. The neighborhood feels safe. Its about half hour's drive to Niagara Falls. We would recommend everyone to experience Moe's hosting.
Monique was a great host during out stay in Buffalo for the weekend. We stayed out late to catch a movie but she left the porch light on to help us find our way back. Her place was clean and organized, located in a quiet neighborhood.
She prepared breakfast in the morning for us, and
She told us some other things we can do in the Niagara region that would be of interest while we ventured back home. Overall, my experience with Monique was amazing!
Thanks again Monique!
Kelvin, I am so happy that you had a good time in Buffalo/Niagara. During the summer there are all kinds of fun activities and places to visit in Buffalo. Buffalo waterfront and Canal side newly renovated. Concerts, Shakespeare in the park, Riverwalk, Buffalo Zoo, the Science and Art Museum, etc.
Thank you for staying with us!
I'm very glad I met Monique and stayed at her house. Monique is great and friendly person and while being there she is also helped me by giving advises about the city. Room is very cozy and I felt like I am at home. I spent a great time there and on my way back to airport she woke up at the morning and drive to an airport! Thank you Monique one more time and at any time you are the guest at my house!
Pavel, Thank you for your nice words. I was just talking about you to my son that travels a lot for work and he mentioned about the rules for visas. I wish I would have known more about it myself. I hope things work out for you and that you will be able to visit with your wife soon. It was also my pleasure to help and drive you to the airport. Good luck to you.

About the Host, Monique Patricia
Hi, I am excited about being your host and would love to have you as my guest!
I have traveled through many places and always enjoyed meeting local people. To me the people you meet along the way in your travels are what makes the trip more interesting and memorable.
What my home is not: It is not the "Ritz Carlton" or a home with all the latest modern gadgets, but if you need a good night sleep be assured that you will find a comfortable bed in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.
Un petit mot en Francais pour les gens du Quebec. Salut a tous! Y Buenos dias a todos.
I love comedy... and people that can make me laugh. Even children sometimes can say the funniest things! Just for laugh here is 'why we love children'.
A little boy got lost at the YMCA, and found himself in the women's locker room. When he was spotted the room burst into shrieks, with ladies grabbing towels and running for cover. The little boy watched in amazement and then asked, 'What's the matter, haven't you ever seen a little boy before?'
My favorite season is summer, because it is so much easier to travel and spend time outdoors. I love walking, hiking, biking, and go to concerts during the nice summer evenings. Dancing under the stars. Not dancing with the Stars! :o)
I am addicted to dancing. I've taken many years of "ballroom" dancing, "swing" dancing and "line" dancing lessons and even taught some dancing in line. Line dancing is my favorite because I can dance all night without any interruption, and the dances are all different. Most people associate line dancing to Country music, but dancers can line dance to all kinds of music. Fun! Fun! Fun! Choreographers of dances have a "ball" coming up with all those dances.
During the winter, I spend a lot more time reading, knitting, writing (dancing) and trying to stay warm. If I lived near the ski hill I would love to downhill ski again. But, I don't really like to drive in the snow, so I walk instead. I also love going to movies, and watching comedy, reality shows such as "Amazing Race" and "Dancing with the Stars", "America's Got Talent" and the History channel.
My life motto is to dance every day (well almost every day!) like there is no tomorrow!
