About This Listing
My place is for those that aren't just looking for a bed but also for a place that has its own personality, design and stories, an alternative to those expensive, monotonous places they call hotels, places that leave no impression or memory behind.
The studio is small but perfectly arranged to meet the needs of two people. The main room is an all purpose space adapted to have all the amenities of a spacious apartment but only on a smaller scale.
It's thus separated between a sleeping area which has drop-down curtains and a living area equipped with a desk, a table and a bean bag chair.
The whole atmosphere revolves around an oriental theme which comes to life with the help of the many lights and lamps. There is also a surround speaker system which will help set the mood.
The main room is also accompanied by a small but well-equipped kitchen and a small bathroom.
The guests will have access to everything in the room, and are encouraged to feel at home.
- cable internet/Wi-Fi
- cable tv
- surround system which can be connected to a smartphone
- hot water & heating 24/7
- kitchen which can be made use of
- refrigerator & microwave oven
... and I can provide extra things on demand.
Interaction with Guests
As long as the guests are well-mannered and respect the things around them, then I think we will get along quite nicely.

In my opinion Bucharest is a relatively safe city, that is if you don't get into trouble and are careful.
Everything you would need is located in or close to the center, which is also the most beautiful area.
I am a very flexible and understanding person and as long as you, the traveller respect the space, items around you and treat the studio with care you will not receive any complaints from me.
Taking your shoes off at the entrance.
Taking your time/being careful when opening/closing the front door/windows.
Being careful not to break/burn/destroy anything in the flat.
Conserving energy by turning the lights/water off when not needed or out of the flat.
Thank you and have a nice stay.
Vlads studio was the perfect choice to me. 25mins by foot to the old town it is in a great location at piata romana. The room is very lovely decorated, fast wifi connection and a small tv with tons of english channels as well. If you are tall you need to do a little gymnastic when taking a shower, but thats absolutly ok. Two thumbs up!
such a lovely little studio flat in the heart of Bucharest. my favorite and most important part was the bed. very cozy and comfortable with nice painted patterns on the walls and Turkish chandeliers hanging above. the 5-point speaker system is also a bravo type feature.
Vlad's apartment is a lovely place, and it is in a nice location.
Vlad's place was great. Perfect location, easy to find and a great price. Can't go wrong.
The flat was great. Nicely decorated, with good additions like an audio system. It was located in a safe district, near every possible amenity you could imagine (supermarket, exchange shop, fast food chains).
Would recommend for anybody who wants to visit Bucharest!
This apartment was great for two people, had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The location is great, easy to access from the airport and a very short bus ride or walkable distance from where we wanted to go in town. It's also beautiful, a really nice atmosphere to stay in.
About the Host, Vlad
I like to think of myself as an enthusiastic, open-minded person that is always on the lookout for new ideas, experiences and thrills.
I am also always on the run, always trying to change the scenery, always running from the day to day routine.
That's why I am really passionate about travelling and experiencing new places and cultures... they make you think and change your day.
I also enjoy the company of other travellers... people who are aware of the world around them and don't care that much if the sheets are bleached or not. :)
Basically I would love to meet anyone that can share a story...
