The hallway was also renovated in 2014 and we have provided an umbrella stand with complimentary umbrellas should you get caught out in the rain.
In the hallway there is also a cupboard that houses the cleaning products, mop, bucket, dustpan, brush, etc. There is also an iron and ironing board should you need to use them.
In spring 2014 we will be installing a DVD library in the hallway so guests will be able to choose from a large selection of popular TV and movie DVDs that they can then watch in their bedroom.
There is a newly renovated shared bathroom with top of the range bathroom suite and power shower combination. Our bathroom is kept very clean and tidy with a cleaner coming in on a regular basis to change towels and keep everything top notch.
Interaction with Guests
We are very responsive to e-mail and check our Airbnb account about 3 to 5 times a day – so you are sure of a quick response.
We get a lot of pleasure doing what we do. This is made all the more rewarding by the comments our guests leave behind.
There is a fantastic team of people that work with us. Amos manages this apartment and without his support and dedication I would not be able to provide such a good service to our guests.
Once you have booked the room I will pass on your details to Amos. Amos will then contact you and arrange your check in.
When you arrive at the apartment Amos will meet and greet you and spend about 10 minutes explaining how everything works, it will also give you an opportunity to ask him any questions you may have – Like where is there a great place to eat? Where is the Tourist Information Office? Or where can you buy cheap theatre tickets.
Amos will also give you his contact details so you can contact him anytime should you need any help or assistance.
After check in, guests are given their keys and are welcome to come and go as they please.

What I love about being located opposite Piccadilly Underground Station is the fact that you are sandwiched between 6 fantastic 'must see' areas of central London - Soho, Westminster, The West End, Covent Garden, Mayfaire, and St James's
The majority of Londons most popular tourist attractions and all the major theatres are within an easy 10 minute walk – Our place is super central and you shouldn't need to take a tube or bus once you have checked in.

**Bank Holidays – there is a 10 GBP additional fee for all arrivals on bank holidays, this is paid direct to your property manager when you check in.
Check out is before 11am.
**If you would like to check out after 11am or leave your luggage then you will need to arrange this with your property manager, we ask that you pay your property manager a 10 GBP gratuity for this additional service. You can arrange this with him once you have made your reservation.

Amos was very welcoming and pleasant. It was easy to find with great directions. It is a lovely flat and could not be more central. I have recommended it to everyone I speak to.
We had a wonderful stay! We didn't get the chance to meet Glenn, but he has been great at communicating with us via email. Amos greeted us and was a kind and helpful host, we appreciated his hospitality. The room was very clean and exactly as described. Comfortable bed and just the right amount of space for us. The location of this flat simply cannot be beat if you're looking to stay near the Piccadilly Circus area - this is literally in the heart of the district. Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden, Big Ben, etc. were all within a short walking distance. We would absolutely stay here again and enjoyed our time very much! Thanks, Amos and Glenn!
The place was nice and clean and Glenn was very helpful via email. Lee who we met at the room was also friendly and helpful. Everything is new and modern and we felt at home within the room.
There are 3 rooms in this apartment all of which can be occupied by different air bnb customers. With only one bathroom it was a bit of a wait for the toilet or shower. Also it isn't very sound proof if others are being noisy, etc. Other than this it is a great location to stay in London and we enjoyed our stay.

Our first vacation rental was established in Soho, London, back in 1995, it was a little studio apartment on Old Compton Street. Due to the high demand from our guests, we now offer a large variety of accommodation to suite all tastes and budgets: From a 9 berth barge on the Lancashire canals to rooms or self contained apartments in London.
There is a fantastic team of people that work with us, some have worked with us since 1997, without their support and dedication we would not be able to provide such a good service to our guests.
Over the last 19 years we have gained a lot of regular customers who come back to us year after year, and that is a great compliment.
We joined Airbnb in back in 2012 and we are proud of the many fantastic reviews received from Airbnb guests that have stayed with us, there were over 700 positive reviews at last count!
